Manning, operation and maintenance of fresh water pump house (Booster Pump House - I & II at NSB) consisting of various types of 250 HP Capacity multistage Booster pumpsets - 4Nos, 500 KVA DG sets - 2 Nos, Vacuum pumpsets, Connected pipe line & valves, chloronome plant, LT Panels, water sumps at Nausenabaugh for pumping to Dolphin hill and other areas, for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in three shifts a day including sundays and holidays complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manpower :- One skilled FGM and one Semi-skilled per shift. Shift timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs III rd shift - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

Manning, operation and maintenance of BPH-I & II pump houses (At Eksila) consisting of 50 HP pumpsets - 4 Nos, 82.5 KVA DG set - 1No, 125 KVA DG set - 1 No, Starter panels, LT panels etc and fire fighting pump house consisting of fire main pumpsets, Automation panel, Diesel Engine driven pumpset, Jockey pumpsets and control panels, connected pipeline and valves etc., at INS Eksila including 250 mm dia DI water pipe line with connected valves from INS Eksila to Nausenabaugh complete for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in three shifts a day including sundays and holidays complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for SI item No. 1 & 2 : The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of (i) Cleaning the sorroundings of the pumps and greasing periodicaly for smooth functioning of the pumps, Keeping daily record of pumpsets running hrs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Keeping neat and clean of complete installation area by grass cutting and removing the debris in around premises upto 1.5 m from installation Building. (iii) Keeping daily record of DG running hrs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Carrying out 'A' check of DG set daily as per Manufacturer's manual. (v) Replacing of distilled water/battery electrolyte and charging of batteries as when required.

(vii) The operator shall ensure by trial run and be alert to run the DG Set within 5 minutes of supply failure in case of manual operation/ failure of auto mains. (viii) Diesel and engine oil shall be issued by department as and when required as directed by EIC. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transporation of Diesel and engine oil from store yard to work site. (ix) The operator shall load diesel in the fuel tank, regular checking of engine oil, battery electrolyte and radiator water level and rectifying minor defects such as Engine Air lock, tightening of loose bolts and nuts etc, which may develop during operation and relative parameters all as specified .

Manning, operation and maintenance of control valves of OH tanks at INS Eksila and distributing water to OTM, in living & DSC Accn area of INS Eksila complete including opening and controlling of Building Sluice valves /Gate valves for smooth and trouble free water distribution to entire INS Eksila area in two shift of each 8 hours per day including Sundays and Holidays complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Manpower :- One Semi-Skilled (Valve man) per shift. Shift timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Supply only AQUAFIT -CHLORINE 56%-70% (calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stable for water treatment than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypochlorite) in 45 Kg drums for maintaining residual chlorine between 1 to 2 PPM at supply end and 0.5 PPM at user end complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Rayalaseema/ Declibac or its equivalent make as approved by E-in-C's branch and approved by GE.

M&L for maintenance of diesel Engine connected with DG Set 500 KVA for 'B' check as per recomendation of manufacturers instructions including replacement of filters, accessories like fuel filter with ring, Air filter and ring , super bypass filter element , 'O' Ring seal, Oil filter and engine Oil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per SL item No.5 above but of DG set of 125 KVA

M&L for cleaning of underground/ Semi underground fresh water sump of 3.00 Lakhs gallons capacity by pumping out the accumulated water up to the bottom surface and removing the complete silt sediment sludge from the sumps and depositiing and levelling as directed and cleaning with the bleaching powder after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump completely using wire brush without disturbing the water supply to the area including applying one coat of white wash to entire sump externally as well as internally and writing details like Cleaning date / due date/ sump capacity with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning of shallow well of size 10.5 metre dia, 15 metre deep (Approx) (at Eksila) by pumping out the accumulated water up to the bottom surface and removing the complete silt sediment sludge and depositiing and levelling as directed and cleaning with the bleaching powder after scrapping the walls upto bottom completely using wire brush without disturbing the water supply to the area including applying one coat of white wash to entire well internally and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for angle iron grid and writing details like Cleaning date / due date/ capacity with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

M & L for carrying out physical, chemical & bacteriological analysis all as per IS 10500:2012 for drinking water sample of the fresh water pump house at various locations from Govt authorised laboratory all as per CPCB Norms complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of collecting of water samples in sealed PVC container

M & L for Jungle cleaning by cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, wild growth, sapling, shrubs, brushwoods, under growth roots, cutting of bushes, tree trunk of girth not execeeding 30 cm, cutting of trunk, portion protuding over ground, filling holes and leveling of ground and removing unserviceable materials to a distance n.exe 50m, compelte all as speicified

M&L for painting of pumpsets of 250 HP capacity with a coat of approved synthetic enamel paint including inlet & out let pipe lines complete including preparation of old painted surface and writting MES number all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for servicing of LT panels of any size by cleaning the panel, bus bar chamber with CTC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing hinges, necessary nut and bolts, washers and made it completely functional for open/ close including checking of incoming and outgoing connections, Re-fixing of existing ACBs & MCCBs, testing & commissioning, connected PCC & frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring with suitable size of FRLS copper cable but not less than 1.5 Sqmm, replacing of various unserviceable ON/ OFF switches, lugs etc making the panel fully functional Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of LT panel by spraying two coats of epoxy based paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning of rusty panel surface of both inside/ outside by emery paper and necesary preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for re-conditioning of battery 12/24 Volts, 90/180 AH complete including replacement of lead plate terminal and joints and charging battery to improve specific gravity upto 1280 and 2 Volts of each cell including transportation of battery from site to civil work shop and back complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix spindle of sluice valve of 80 mm bore, made out of En-8 steel with check nuts made out of MS/CI material, with and including replacing perished gland packing, rubber gasket, bolts and nuts including taking down old unserviceable spindle complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for taking down defective 150/200 mm dia footvalves/ Non-return valves from UG Sump, removing corrosion of footvalves/ Non-return valves and painting the valve with one coat of red oxide primer alongwith one coat of synthetic enamel paint, changing of rubber gaskets, bottom rubber with spring complete with renewal of necessary bolts, nuts, washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace 100 mm bore CI sluice valves PN 1.6 (Raising type) conforming to IS 14846 flanged end with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle flanged joints including necessary nuts, bolts, and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.
