Dismantaling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish outside the colony premises.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut marble for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Cement board like 'Bison' Designer Board / 'V' Board from Visaka or similar products from Everest/RAMCO or any reputed make with texture on one face of approved pattern conforming to IS 14862-2000 of size 595x595 mm finished with one coat of cement primer on both sides and edges and two coats of exterior emulsion paint of Asian or any reputed make on exposed face & edges, including providing and fixing interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm c/c, and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made out of 0.30 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main ’T’ at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle precoated steel of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm c/c with 25 mm long dry wall screws including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 27 x 37x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, drilling holes in the ceiling tiles for tuning hall accoustics as required as per the approved pattern and to the extent required, scaffolding etc all complete at all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, window, Ventilators of fixed or sliding type both for glazing and wiremesh shutter with extruded built up standard tubular section/appropriate Z Section and other section of approved make confarming to IS-733 and IS-1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screw or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including filling of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with weather silicon sealent, powder coated Aluminium sections (minium thickness of powder coating 50 Micron) of required shade of including cost of a cleat angle on, S. S. Screws , aluminium snap beading and fitting of all types like tower bolt locking arrangement, handles, stoppers, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fxing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fxed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fxing and operation of handles and fxing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-incharge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing 5 mm thickness ( Wt. not less than 12.50 Kg/Sqm. ) of clear float/frosted/Bajara sheet glass/laminated particle board to M/s. Triveni/Shree Vallabh/IAG/Modi guard/ Saint Gobin or other approved equivalent manufactuer and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/window) including fixing beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws, etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside surface proportion over brick masonry walls upto 15 mtr. height and concrete surfaces including raking of joints, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying vitrifed floor / dado tiles in size of tile 500 X 500 approx. (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) water absorption less than 0.08 % and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved make,in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg./Sqm. including skirting grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providng and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, JK or equivalent of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. complete as per directed by E.I.C.

Providing and applying one or more coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint on old/new surfaces of approved brand and shade over walls, doors, windows, ceilings, gumlas, speed breakers, kerb stones, cupboards, file racks etc. as and when required upto height of 15M, including scaffolding, removing loose scales, cleaning dust applying primer on patches etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade having high washability and longer duration on walls, columns, ceiling, etc. (on new or old work) to give an even shade including removing loose scales, fungus, water marks, etc. filling of nail holes and depression with putty of J.K. or equivalent make wall putty repairs and preparing surfaces upto the height of 15 mtrs. including scaffolding, cleaning the splashes on doors, floors, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying one or more coat of water/oil or any suitable primer Cement base primer/Oil base primer on old surfaces for making suitable for applying next finishing coat of any type including surface preparation & filling of cracks, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
