FOR PROVIDING OF SECURITY SERVICES TO NBT

* Service Charge amount should not be less than TDS (including GST TDS) amount as per applicable rates.

1 NBT reserves the right to increase or decrease the above Security Staff strength.

2 Rate to be quoted in percentage (%).

3 Minimum wages: Subject to revision as notified by the Government from time to time.

4 EPF, ESIC & GST will be paid as per applicable rates.

5 Minimum wages of respective state i.e. Delhi Govt. rate will be applicable. Statutory payment for compliance of Labour Laws in force like Bonus etc. will be payable by the NBT.

6 A copy of challan deposit of EPF and ESI of previous month alaong-with copy of salary disbursement register & leave record in prescirbed format should be submitted while issueing the current bill.

7 Any loss to the property of NBT by negligence & theft by the employee of the contractor, will be recouyped by the contractor in full.

8 TDS & TDS (GST) deduction shall be as per applicable rules.
