REPAIR /MAINTANENCE OF CENTRAL AC PLANT AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT MIL STN BHUJ UNDER GE (ARMY) BHUJ

M&L for comprehensive maintenance, periodical inspection, servicing / calibration of 01 Nos Air conditioning plants having 3X52 TR Air cooled chiller & 01 X AHUs of capacity , 30000 CFM including and calibration of all the sensor, gauges connected to the system, checking of refrigerant gas pressure, capillary tube, coils as per AC plant, checking functioning of all motorised actuator/ control valve in supply and return duct damper connected to AHU, LT panel installed at Bhuj Mil Stn, by OEM service professional for smooth and efficient functioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Contractor shall submit the serviceability report.

Material and labour for disconnecting condenser of capacity 52TR for descaling & plugging them & providing of 15 mm tee out let for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) pH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun WS solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if ph value remains less than 7 flush with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylon brush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above & pH value to be maintained as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting for Chiller of capacity 52TR descaling & Plugging them & providing of 15 mm tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the Chiller (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) pH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun WS solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if ph value remains less than 7, flush with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylon brush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above & pH value to be maintained as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure complete all as specified & directed.

Pumping down the existing refrigerant from the condensor and carrying out the leak test of plant with the pressure of Nitrogen gas and monoitoring for 24hrs asses leakages by brazing & replacement of necessary gasket wherever required including copper tubes of suitable size vaccumizing of the plant by vaccum pump finally recharging of existing refrigerant gas to the plant and topping up of refrigerant if required to maintain the standard pressure etc complete including testing of the plant for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Refrigerant required for topping up will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

M&L for identification of leakage location of refrigerant gas by soap bubble test or opening of condensor coil and inserting it whole into Water tank thereafter repairing the copper tube / condenser valves by brazing and making all threaded joint leak proof by sealent, doing vaccum and pressure testing by nitrogen gas and Charging of refrigerant gas again complete all as specified and directed.( Refrigent R407C will be supply only under respective item of Sch'A' Note:- 1.All T&P, Nitrogen cylinder, vaccum pump,welding cylinder etc will be provided by contractor and their charge include in the quoted rate) 2. The job include brazing are considered for whole job, small leakege related to thread shall be considered in quoted rate.)

M& L for cleaning/flushing the condenser fins and cooling coil of 52 TR Plant with CTC chemical, flushing the system of suction, discharge, liquid line and all valves by using nitrogen and CTC chemical complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for replacing the Hot water generator tank heating elements of 6000 W after flushing the system of suction, discharge, liquid line and all valves and making hot water pump functional with proper necessary servicing by using CTC chemical and making operational complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement (micro computer control) microprocessor based PLC power supply card / compressor card with RAM (control system with mother board) with suitable cord installed in 52 TR chiller unit of make Blue star model XWC4S-052AR2 having 4 Nos danfoss compressor model No SZ185S4RC for controlling temperature, compressor cut off/on, sensor input-output interface, solenoid valve & expansion valve controller, electrical fuse realy card as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement danfoss compressor model No SZ185S4RC suitable with existing 52 TR chiller unit of make Blue star model XWC4S-052AR2 with key specification a) Horsepower (HP): 15 Nominal HP b) Power Supply: 380–400V / 3 Phase / 50Hz c) Displacement: min 43.5 m³/h complete all as fitting on existing plant complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying of refrigerant R407C gas as per standard of UNEP or ISHRAE complete all as specified and as directed.
