Repair and Renovation of Generation Beat quarters along Sumbal Link Canal.

Providing and fixing plain linning tongued and grooved including wooden plugs complete with necessary screws imported KD/Rat wood imported panelling.

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately). 12mm thick commercial ply conforming to S : 1328 BWR type

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture: Two or more coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over and under coat of flatting varnish.

Providing and fixing Matting carpet of required size and of approved brand including foam (12mm) beneath it including fixing charges all complete as per direction of EIC

Supplying and fixing PVC batten /angle holder including connections etc as required

Supplying and fixing PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same 25mm

Provision for contingencies @ 2% of estimated cost to cover any extra items not covered in the estimate and rate be paid as per SSR 2022 minus rebate quoted by contractor
