Supply of of 24 Mtr High Mast Systems with all accessories. Mast shaft shall be in three section,and made of S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10025, hot dip Galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. The system shall include accessories for high mast including head frame, SS Wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction), 2 Runs of multicore Trailing Cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for fixing LED Flood light Luminaires & its controlgear as per detailed design, lightning finial, suitable foundation bolts manufacturered from special steel, nuts and washers, anchor plates and templates and outdoor electrical control panel housing 32A TPN MCCB, 25kA, 24 hour digial timer, power contactor and circuit for automatic control of luminaires, outgoing terminals and control for the power tools motor. The mast shall have an integeral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation along with mechanical tripping facility and manual handle complete as required and confirming to particular specifications enclosed.

Supply of 1.1KV grade 3.5C 240 Sq.mm. armoured aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS - 7098 (Part - I) 1985 respectively with upto date ammendments.

Supply of 1.1KV grade 3.5C 95 Sq.mm. armoured aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS - 7098 (Part - I) 1985 respectively with upto date ammendments.

Design and Consturction of suitable shallow foundation with suitable garde concrete (M20 grade or better) for 24 M high mast considering soil bearing capacity at site with all materials and labour using the anchor plates and template, and foundation supplied against item No.1. Installation of 24m high mast on the base using suitable equipments, tools and tackles etc. complete as required. Design of lighting design using 400W LED flood light fittings supplied against item No. 3. Fixing of required LED flood fittings, providing Junction boxes(255X355X122 Hensel Model KF 5000G), wiring with 3C 2.5 Sq.mm. Cu. cable, lugs, connectors, counter weights, trailing cables, highmast control panel etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor MV Feeder Pillar Panel as mencioned in Item No. 9 with all accessories, grouting, providing pedastal, etc. as required complete as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 90mm OD of PE 63 PN 4 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket, bend etc. conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 63 mm OD of PE 63 PN 4 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket, bend etc. conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 40mm OD of PE 63 PN 4 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket, bend etc. conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. In the existing trench as per site requirement required.

Cutting kerb (concrete/bitumin) of 150x150mm(D) including chipping, hammering, cleaning & drying etc. Supply and laying of 65 mm NB GI pipe, C- Class with clamps, bends/ tees/unions and all accessories complete as required. Dismantling of highmast of height from (12 Mtrs - 30 mtr). from the foundation using crane and other appropriate equipments complete and shifting and stacking at AAI stores at a distance of not more than 2 KM complete as required. Demolition of the concrete base and cutting and removal of the foundation bolts as per the direction of the engineer-in-Charge complete as required.

Supply of 160mm OD PN-10, PE 80 HDPE pipe conforming to IS 4984-1995 and butt welding at site etc complete as required.

Drilling, reaming and laying of 160mm OD HDPE pipe including jointing/welding of HDPE pipes across the runway, taxiways and roads by trenchless directional drilling (HDD) method (including jointing/welding of HDPE pipes, deploying HDD machines, Mud mixing system, Earth movers etc.) complete as required.
