SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XII (MISC ITEMS) (Note : The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Supply, installation , testing and comissioning of wall mounted high performance split type ( Industrial split AC) of capacity 2 TR cooling units suitable for Critical Technology/Equipment room. Each unit shall facilitate installation in Small Areas, shall feature robust design to run 24x7, Auto-Restart function, Monitoring with Unit-to-Unit mmunication and Ease of service. The unit is having two parts; Indoor section & outdoor section. The Indoor unit shall comprise of Metallic Body construction with insulated side panels, Evaporator Coil with Hydrophilic Coating,Backward Curve fan with EC motor, HDPE Washable Filters, Expansion Valve, R407C/R410a Refrigerant, Corded Remote, Microprocessor Controller, G4 Filter, Suction and Discharge piping,Internal power and Control wiring, HP/LP Cutouts, Power and Control contactors and Other Electrical & safety accessories. Outdoor cabinet consists of Compressor, Fan with single phase motor and Condenser coil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install FLP-WP 4 Way TPN Distribution Board consisting of: Incoming: 1 No. 63 Amp. TPN ELCB,12 Nos. 20A SP.In LM6 construction with suitable terminals & cable entries but without cable glands, light grey epoxy powder coated, SS hardware Certified by CIMFR, Dhanbad for Gas Gr. IIA & IIB as per IS/IEC-60079 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x20 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size in flexible steel conduit with flame proof cable glands complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of Flame proof LED light-High Lumen output fitting of 120 Watt with exclusive innovative designed, long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP65 flood light luminaire with high power LED as light source complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,Fabricating and installation Outdoor LT Feeder distribution panel (CPRI Approved) LT electrical distribution panel board floor mounted cubicle type suitable for one incoming MCCB and three outgoing MCCB, one multifunction LED Meter dust proof weather proof vermin proof asthetically designed having at least IP-54 degree of ingress protection fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening including bus bar chamber continuous GI strip earth bus bar 4 strip of Aluminium bus bar 150 amp capacity insulated clour sleeves precilin/ epoxy insulator rai channel cable alloy danger notice board including angle iron frame of size 40x40x6 mm, 30 cm grouted in groung floor and 30 cm above GL including connection with suitable copper cable PVC single core .

Dismantling & refixing of existing 18 mtr high mast light complete including 06 nos MH flood light, aviation light, feeder panel incl MCCB, timers, contctors complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Construction of shallow foundation with M-20 grade concrete for the High mast foundation considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 Ton/Sqmtr at 1.5 metre depth with all materials and labour. Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs and all labour. Necessary foundation including excavation earth work, RFR, Remonal of spoil, etc. deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply & Fix FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 430 x 265 x 170 mm including connector suitable for 63 Amps & MCB SP 6 Amps - 01 No and fix on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MCB TPN, 20 Amp 415 volt 'C' curve 35 KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB distribution board (DB), double door vertical type DB's with 100Amps MCCB of 16KA type made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof DB, TPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper busbar, 440 Volts, earth bar IP 43 protection, flush to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation,Testing and commissioning of Earthing Grid Copper plate of size 300mmx300mmx3.15mm thick,duly supported on insulator studs on wall with anti vibration bushes with 12 Nos 6 mm dia hole with 12 Nos copper nut and bolts including connecting with copper strip with brazing complete all as specified and directed.
