OT SLUICE SHUTTERS for Below 5 Tons capacity (small gates) As per Guidelines of Chief Engineer, Central Designs Organization, Hyderabad Specification drawing for Krishna Delta System Fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Sluice Shutters consisting of skin plate, horizontal and vertical angles, stiffeners, rubber seals, clamps with all accessories for sluice shutters including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, seal fixing etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings (without painting on mechanical cleaning surfaces which are added extra as per schedule of rates

PAINTING OF SLUICES FOR MAINTENANCE WORKS Surface cleaning of metal surfaces by chemical cleaners and then by hand and power tool cleaners and removing dust. After cleaniong, applying primary coat with one coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer to a thickness of 100 microns, followed by finishing coats 2 coats with Coal tar epoxy with material, labour, and all accessories with all leads and lifts. Supply, Casting, Machining and fixing of Heavy Duty Cast Iron Gear box and 63dia Screw rod etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of Singel Thrust Ball Bearing make for smooth operation of Gates etc., complete for finished item of work.

Hire charges towards Hydraulic Truck Crane 16T including Crew charges, Fuel Charges etc., and all incidental charges for removing of old existing shutters and screw rods with gear box etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.

Hiring of 30KVA generator set for power supply to on spot welding to Embedded Metal & Hoist platform and other miscelaneous works in sitee etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
