Special Eligibility Criteria

   1] The bidder must have supplied at least 02 (Two) numbers of Large Cargo Scanners of size 1560 mm X 1860 mm or higher during the last 05 years (to be reckoned from the original date of closing of tender) to any Government Organization. 2] The bidder shall submit Performance Certificate(s) of at least 01 (Unit) number Large Cargo Scanners of size 1560 mm X 1860 mm or higher supplied during the last five (05) years. The machine must have worked satisfactorily for at least one year from the date of commissioning as on the original date of closing of tender. 3] OEM should have minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing of the quoted item in India. Documentary proof such as Govt PO and work completion need to be submitted along with bid. 4] OEM Must be CMMI level 3 Certified. 5] Control Software should be cyber secure and should be VAPT certified by STOC or any Cert-In empaneled Lab. 6] 02 Parcel scanners should be with warranty of 3 years from the date of installation and subsequent Comprehensive AMC for 5 years and Operation for 8 years. CAMC to be quoted separately in a uploaded along with the offer.

   a) Security Deposit (SD) for Stores Contracts will be applicable as per tender conditions attached with this tender. (a) The Security Deposit amount shall be 5% of the value of the contract subject to Maximum of Rs. 50 lakhs. (b) There shall be no exemption from submission of Security Deposit (SD) for any tender or by any tenderer except exemptions as per tender conditions attached with this tender. (c) In case of failure by contractor to meet deliveries for any lot, Railways may cancel the contract for defaulted part by forfeiting SD commensurate to that lot. Wherever SD has been exempted, for any reason, and the supplier fails to supply goods as per conditions of contract, as amended from time to time, Purchaser shall have right to levy damages from the supplier for failing to comply with the contractual conditions, not by way of penalty, an amount equal to SD amount, as would have been applicable if the contract was with a non-exempted vendor.
