Supply, installation commissioning and testing of 63 KVA transformer, step-down 11/0.433 KVA, outdoor type, vector group DY-11, powder coated, copper Wound, 3 phase, 4 star rating wire 50 cycles per second, oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary (HT Side) and star connected on secondary (LT Side) having tapping -7.5%, -5%, -2.5%, 0%, +2.5%, +5%, +7.5% to be changed by means of hand including first filling of oil of dielectric strength not less than 40 KV, the max temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 50 degree cntigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continous full load run in ambient temperature the transformer shall confirming to IS-1180/2014 (level-II) all standard operating complete with standard fittings and accessories such as breather unit, drain out valve, roller, conservator oil tank of suitable capacity with level indicator, exhaust vent, temperature gauge, pressure gauge etc and mounting complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation commissioning and testing of servo motor controlled voltage stabilizer for automatic operation on unbalanced load, three phase naturally oil cooled outdoor type (IP-55, CPRI approval required) Copper wound including first filling of oil of dielectric strength not less than 40 KV with MCCB and bypass system & designed for input variation between 280 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 V with accuracy + 2.5 % and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Construction of platform of size 2.1m x 2.1m x 1.2m (clear height with additional 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 foundation below ground level), made out of 23cm brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6, (below ground level, hollow space to be filled hardcore of size n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thickness, watered and well rammed) with a 100 mm thick re-inforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, 8 mm dia MS TMT bars 150 mm centre to centre as in floor of platform, plastering in CM 1:4, including stair for platform as per site requirement and protection with XPM, angle iron gate of size 40x40x5 mm and chain link fencing rail around the platform with angle iron frame upto 1.20m clear height, supports grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Gate & chain link fencing shall be providing as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F aerial bunched cable 11 KV grade stranded and compact alluminium phase conductor of size 3 x 95 Sqmm +1x70 Sqmm (bare messenger) with copper alloy. The phase conductor should be insulated with XLPE (Sioplas) compound copper, as per IS-14225-1995 including all fitings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp in line connector, service clamp, insulation piercing connectors, for taps from bare lines etc complete all as specified and directed. Make- Havells/Polycab/Universal Note : Site clearance, cutting, trimming of hanging/extended branches of trees up to a distance of two mtr each side from the existing HT/LT overhead lines and making the overhead lines clear up to the entire length of feeder, including cutting, removal and dispositing of tree branches 50mtr away from the site as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Make :Havells/Polycab/Universal Note:- Excavation & earth work, pipe, sand and bricks for cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item.

Supply, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Make :Havells/Polycab/Universal Note:- Excavation & earth work and pipe / sand / bricks for cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item.

Supply and fixing of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole,11.0 meter long, conforming to IS-2713 part-II, type 410 SP-55, complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, finial taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc., pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8cm height complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing of Anti climbing devices comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2 strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately) and inclusive of providing two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of stay assembly complete with accessories i.e. stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, galvanised thimbles, GI stay wire 7/4 SWG, loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green of large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, etc and all other accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) complete including dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stay clamp, excavation and earth work and concrete for stay pit and insulator shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Loop insulator Porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 80mm bore GI Tubing "light grade" for protection of HT / LT Cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm bore GI Tubing "light grade" for protection of HT / LT Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 in depth for foundation of poles, stay assy etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed for stay, poles & cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick each, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of dry, clean, fine Sand cushioning for the purpose of floors and laying of cables including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punning thickness shall be measured

Supply & Laying of bricks sub cass 'B' laid in trenches flat covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40 mm graded aggregate for bottom of Pit for bed concrete below base plat of steel tubular poles including necessary frame work and finishing the exposed surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles including necessary farm work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode size 600X600X6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and incl GI earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron and connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of strata available at site ,PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 earthing chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 kg/sqm funnel with GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore light grade ,wire mesh and lugs ,GI protection pipe of 15 mm bore light grade up to 7.5 mtr long ,etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- 1. GI earth wire and protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately 2. If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at no extra cost to govt.)

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mmx 600 mmx 6.30 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead incased in and including 50 mm dia GI ‘light grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4, type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) duly reinforced with mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handles with and including necessary excavation & earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor /wall all as per plate No. 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note : 1. If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at no extra cost to govt.)
