The intending bidder/Consultant/firm/Company should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value of ongoing works) as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work as a single assignment as third party consultancy services in any department of value not less than Rs.12.00 Lakhs.. The Consultancy firm should have completed at least one third party consultancy for Quality and testing assurance for civil works of project cost not less than 53.00 Crores during any two year DETAILED AS PER PARA 1.8 SL NO. 4 OF TENDER NOTIFICATION

Consultants Registered/Empanelled under KPWD or Valid registration copy of the firm or company

The firm should have own or Tie-up NABL certification in the field of Quality control & quality assurance for the current period. (Note- All the test reports should be obtained from NABL accredited Laboratory)

The firm should have own ISO certification in the field of 3rd party consultancy services for the current period

Consultants should have Valid Calibration certificate for Laboratory equipments like CTM.

Adequacy of the proposed work plan, technical approach and methodology with relevant IS codes

Qualification and competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment.Key Expert/ Persons Qualification and Experience DETAILED AS PER PARA 1.8 SL NO. 9 OF TENDER NOTIFICATION

The Consultant shall have own fully equipped Quality Analysis Laboratory and mobile Laboratory for Quality assurance of Civil application usage materials to full fill the methodology criteria as mentioned in PARA 1.5 OF TENDER NOTIFICATION

The intending bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.23.99 Lakhs during the last 5 years i.e 2020-21 to 2024-25 duly updating.. DETAILED AS PER PARA 1.8 SL NO. 3 OF TENDER NOTIFICATION
