Design, Engineering , planning, supply, loading, transportation, unloading, insurance, delivery at site, handling & storage of 12 KV, 21 KA, 630 A rated current, indoor type , outgoing VCB with control and relay Panel, CT of ratio 300/1 A & , O/C & E/F MiCOM Relay,Smart TVM arrangement , digital & analog Ammeters, digital & analog Voltmeters, indicating lamps etc. as per specification & upto date amendments

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC / HUME/ METAL /HDPE pipe as required .Above 120 sq.mm upto 400sqm

Excavation for cable trencnes of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms with and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.Trench Size: Width-350mm,Height-1200mm

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.Trench Size:Width-350mm, Hieght-1200mm.

Laying of different sizes DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Laying of 11 KV ,XLPE insulated power cable by manually digging /machine driIIing horizontally or diagonali direction for road crossing / Water supply line/Telcomunication line/Gas Pipe line etc. including Laying of 64 to 200mm dia GI pipe direct into the earth at a depth of minimum 1100mm below the ground surface with out effecting the existing road including excavation earth for entry pit as per site condition and direction of Engineering In Charge.

Coiling of excess Single/3 Core/3.5 Core, upto to 400sqmm, HV/MV, XLPE insulated, armoured power Cable direct into earth including excavation of earth upto a depth of 1500mm (Size pit should be 2250mmX2250mm or as per site requirement.) including 1st class bricx protection of two layer f(at brick soling 300 mm.Fine sand (Local quary) for cushioning/bed and refilling and ramming the excavated soil as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Earthing with G.I pipe 2.5mtr. Long and 40mm dia, including excavation, refilling with alternate layer of salt & Charcoal as per drawing & direction of Engineer In charge (excluding supply of G.I.Pipe, Salt & Charcoal, Gi wire, nuts &boIts, etc. as required)

Laying of 8 SWG GI wire at 300mm below the ground level for earthing of Sub-Station equipments from the earth electrode

Supply of M.S.Nuts & Bolt i/c Washer of assortedsize ISI Marked machine made

Supply of 2.5mtr. Long , 40mm dia G.I.Pipe Make: TATA/ JINDAL)

Supply of 60Kg Salt & 55Kg Charcoal ( For 1 Pit).

Supplying and making straight through cable jointingwith heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for followingsize of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.Above 95 upto 185sqmm

Erection, testing and commissioning of 12 KV, 21 KA, 630 A rated current, indoor type , outgoing VCB with control and relay Panel, CT of ratio 300/1 A & , combined O/C & E/F MiCOM Relay, Smart TVM arrangement , digital & analog Ammeters, digital & analog Voltmeters, indicating lamps etc. and as per specification.

Grouting of Steel Tubular PCC Pole of ratio 1:2:4 (1cement:2 riversand:4 Jhama brick Aggregate of 20mm. Nominal size) including supply of cement, sand and brick aggregate. Complete with excavation, refilling of each, ramming along with centering and shuttering as required.

Supplying and Making Outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as requiredUp to 150sqmm.

Installation & commissioning of LT SMC Pillar Box-FRP- 3way switchable with HRC fuse link.
