REPAIRS / MAINT OF PUMP SETS, SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS, STARTER AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AT CGRA NALIYA AND ICGS JAKHAU UNDER GE (I) (CG) GANDHINAGAR

Material and labour for replacement of completely wornout and rusted Non clog, Open well submersible Pump set of electric driven of any type make and capacity upto 6 HP to 7.5 HP incl the motor with same gauge and weight of PVC insulated copper conductor incl reassembling, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of non return valve gun metal 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reparing/maintenance of existing electrical panel boards of pump sets by replaing worn out spares as starter/single phase preventor/ relay /contactors MCCB's / MCB's / switch gear / cable glands/ lugs pin type, U type etc, cleaning of panel board, tightening of cable connection to avoid sparking, insulating bus bars bracket portion of conductor and to ensuring proper function of the panel board complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Cost of spares as starter /single phase preventor/voltmeter/Amp meter/ relay / contactor /MCCB's/ MCB's / Switch gear / cable gland etc shall be measured and paid against relevant item. (ii) Cost of lugs (pin type / U Type) insulation taps shall be included in quoted rate. (iii) Cost of fixing of spares shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Renewals/replacing the following spares parts to the existing elecrical panels complete all as directed:

Supply and fixing Indicator Lamp LED Type all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Digital Voltmeter, 3phase, 0-500v, class-I, suitable as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Ammeter, 3 phase for range 0-200A Class-I, suitable as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable contractor 0f capacity upto 45 A, power operating voltage 415 V AC Capacity 3 pole with AC coil etc, complete all as specified and directed. Make: L & T, TC or equivalent.

Supply and fixing Over load relay with range 16 to 45 A all as specified and directed. Make: L & T or equivalent

Supply and fixing Single phase preventor including Timer, 415 V suitable for 100 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling and transportation of Centrifugal pumpset of capacity 100HP from ICGS jakhau to Workshop and refixing the same including electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down electric motor 3 phase, 415 Volt capacity 100HP, incoming disconnection electric connections, dismantling slots, taking out burnt windings and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper wire as per existing size including insulating material and varnishing,greasing, painting with super enameled paint as per colour coad assembling the motor after rewinding and mounting at its own position, replacing the old nut, bolts and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking out unserviceable foot valve 80mm/50mm dia from the UG sump and S & F new foot valve 80 mm/50mm dia ball type including rubber gasket, bolts, buts etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of following spares parts for centrifugal Pumpset of above capacity:

a) Impeller 1st , 2nd Stage.

b) Pump Shaft.

c) Shaft sleave.

d) Cartrige bearing DE/NDE.

e) Through bush.

f) Split gland coupling.

g) Wear ring.

h) Lantern Ring.

j) Gland coupling.

Supply and replacing automatic DOL starter suitable up to 5 HP submersible/ centrifugal pump set as per existing make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing Automatic star Delta starter suitable 7.5 HP to 12.5 HP submersible/ centrifugal pump set as per existing make, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of nuts bolts to top & bottom cover of DSM pump 100 HP, 90 HP, 75 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable single core of size 35 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Polycab/Havells/Finolex or equivalent.

Supply and fixing water level sensors in existing Over Head Reservoir and Under Ground Sump including installlation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sinetrac or equivalent. a) 10 Level Indicator with 11 Sensors.

Supply and fixing wire connection for water level sensors and indicator of twelve core including installlation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sinetrac or equivalent.

Material and labour for aviation obstruction light fitting with LED not less than 300 Nos red colour illumination,yellow painted die cast aluminium alloy housing with polycarbonate enclosure including sub main wiring with 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC cable in steel conduit size 20mm dia complete from light fitting to panel/DB and mounted in suitable size GI pipe including accessories and connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing time switch 250V,single phase of max 20A rated with power contactor including steel enclousure completeall specified and directed

Cleaning fire static tank for fire fighting system drain out of water and taking out the sludges from the bottom of the static tank and clean surface by scraping and two coats of white cement wash of capacity 10001 to 15000 Glns complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for comprhensive repair/maintenace of Fire alarm system installed at various Tech Bldgs of ICGS Jakhau AND CGRA Naliya, comprehensive maintenance of the following works: Note: (i) The maintenance cost of fire alarm system shall deemed to comprises of cost of labour employed for the purpose, T&P used and other petty items such as batteries for wire less system and other cleaning materials etc. (ii) Servicing shall be carried out authorised dealer or experience labour. (iii) Non attending the complaint with in 3 days @ Rs. 1000.00/day shall be recovered for the fourth day by the contractor. (iv) Keep the complaint pending after four day @ Rs.2000.00/day shall be recovered by the contractor. (v) The complaint shall be generated by Telephonically/Verbally by concern JE E/M or Engr-Incharge.

(vi) Servicing of fire alarm system once in every two months intalled in following Bldgs including first hand repairs, consisting of normal repairs and cleaning of all components such as smoke detectors/manual call point/sounder/translator/expendor / input/output module etc of any type installed in Bldgs using proper method and tools , replacement of unserviceable Battries, tightening of all connections as required including replacements of defective spares and required calibration of control pannel and connected items check and maintain the system for efficent functiong of entire system, incling troubleshooting and clearance of all faults from the panel.Testing of each Fire alarm system in Presence of User and MES Rep and give servicibility report complete all as specified and directed. vii) Testing shall be carried out once in every two months or required basis as directed. viii) Major Items except batteries if required for Repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fixing armored fire cable copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm two core FRLS in Red colour fixed on wall / roof with GI saddle complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing of Hybrid Wireless Optical smoke Sensor with Bi-directional wireless communication, Self optimising wireless amplitude and frequency in built magnet test operating on 865 MHz with communication range up to 1200 m in open air 95% RH (non condensing) Primary secondary Power supply Red complaint LPCB approved to EN54-7 & 25 complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for dismantiling of old flat plate type solar plate of solar water heater of capacity 200 LPD and replacement with new solar tube type plate of same capacity inclusive of all spare parts required at site for completion of Job as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantiling of existing rusted n defective water tank of solar water heater of capacity 200 LPD and replacement with new water tank with heating arrangemnet of same capacity inclusive of all spare parts required at site for completion of Job as per specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC sheet 2mm thick blue colour with computerized printing in white letter for STP plants and sheet of size 36"x12" complete all as specified and directed. Note: Content to be printed will be gevin by Engineer-in-charge during execution.

Surfaces painting of STP plant of various capacity (80KLD) and equipments including preparing of all surface, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide of any description over 10cm in width or girth, colour coding as discribe by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ground mounted on angle frame of size 25mmx25mmx5mm with legs PCC grouted with metal enclosure consist of On load change over of capacity 200 Amps 415V, 4 pole to be installed complete all as specified and directed.
