Fencing of plantation site with RCC post/struts& wire

Supply and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment) 0.0566 cum. Per (approx 2 kg per pit) per plant.

Supply of sapling having well developed root system along with fresh and healthy leaves at the site of specified Height, shifted in big polybag of specified Size and quantity of each species enclosed as Annexure-I. (Casualty replacement shall not be counted)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 15 cm measured at a height of 30cm above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. sqm 10.80

Digging pits of size 60 cm diameter and 60 cm deep in ordinary soil Using augers/hand held equipment (No excavators or similar machinery shall be used for digging) and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure in the ratio of 2:1 by volume ( 2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% :1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (Cost of manure or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately.)

Flooding the ground with water including making kiaries and dismantling the same.

Supply and spreading of good quality Neem Cake free from impurities @ 100 Gm. Per plant

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water) Trees Plant

Providing and wartering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge. @25 Ltr. Of water per plant

Labor to be engaged For 24 * 7 watch and ward, maintenance of fencing & fire line as per site requirement @ 1 labor per shift for ground preparation phase and @ 4 labor per shift from the date of start of plantation by the contractor for effective care of <Targeted number of seedlings> Nos. plants.(3*30+12 * 60)

Labor to be engaged For 24 * 7 watch and ward, Watering, maintenance of fencing And fire line, uprooting of invasive species (Prosopis juliflora or Vilayati Kikar, Lantana camara, Leucanea leucocephala or Subabool, Parthenium hysterophorus or Gajar ghas) (at least once a month), mulching & soil moisture conservation as per site requirement by the contractor for effective care of <Targeted number of seedlings> Nos. plants.(12 * 365)

Supply and spreading of good quality Vermi Compost manure free from impurities @ 2 Kg Per Seedling

Providing Water(PVC pipe, generator and tools required for watering to be supplied by the contractor for watering the seedlings with water) For watering of Seedlings At the site of work (including cost of water, filling of tanker and lifts as per direction of officer in charge) @25 Ltr. Of water per plant with periodicity mentioned below for non Yamuna flood plain areas: 1. Winter (November – February) : 4 times a month 2. Summer (March – July): 8 times a month 3. Monsoon (August- October): 2 times a month

Providing and applying anti termite treatment of infected trees by spraying chemical emulsion 0.5 % (Chloropyriphos 50% EC) concentration through power spray machine (@20ml. Chloropyriphos per tree including cost of chemical) and as per direction of site-in-charge.
