Providing 2 Nos of workers (1-skilled and 1-unskilled labour) for attending miscellaneous civil works which includes masonry, plastering, painting, concreting, and dismantling works at all elevations of WTP, ETP, Switch Yard, CHP, AHP, Internal Roads & Drains. The rate includes all labour charges, supervision charges, safety amenities, all T & P i.e., Trowels, hammers and hand shovels etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply of Fly Ash bricks of 290X225X140 mm of compressive strength 50Kg/cm2 as per IS:12894-1990 - CLASS - 5 and as per the Indian standard code of practice, including conveyance and seigniorage charges, loading, unloading, stacking neatly, in the designated storage area etc., complete for finished item of as per the directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Supply of 12 mm HBG metal as per APSS 108 and as per the Indian standard code of practice, including conveyance and seigniorage charges, loading, unloading, stacking neatly, in the designated storage area etc., complete for finished item of as per the directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Supply of 20 mm HBG metal as per APSS108 and as per the Indian standard code of practice, including conveyance and seigniorage charges, loading, unloading, stacking neatly, in the designated storage area etc., complete for finished item of as per the directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Supply of Sand for concrete as per APSS.110 and as per the Indian standard code of practice, including conveyance and seigniorage charges, loading, unloading, stacking neatly, in the designated storage area etc., complete for finished item of as per the directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Supply of Sand for Mortar as per APSS.110 and as per the Indian standard code of practice, including conveyance and seigniorage charges, loading, unloading, stacking neatly, in the designated storage area etc., complete for finished item of as per the directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Soling with hard stone of 150-225mm shall confirming to APSS 106 including 25% of Metal of 40 to 80mm size confirming to APSS 108 for packing and 20% gravel for filling interstices and compacting with 80-100KN Power Roller including hire charges of Power Roller, watering etc, Complete for finished item of work as per APSS 619.3 and APSS 619.4

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with fly ash cement Bricks as per IS 12894-2002 class-5 , size 290 x 225x140 mm with compressive strength not less than 50kg /sqcm including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, all leads & lifts, scaffolding charges etc complete for finished item of work as per APSS 504 and as per directed by engineer in charge.(Cement will be issued by Department)

Laying P.C.C (1:4:8) using 20 mm HBG machine crushed metal, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials including seignorage charges at site, labour charges, hand mixing charges, curing and all leads & lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 402 and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Cement will be issued by Department)

Cutting, bending, placing in position and tying of reinforcement steel of all sizes of Fe 500 grade HYSD bars as per IS 1786-1979 for Footings, pedestals, beams and slabs, drain walls etc., the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per r APSS 403 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Steel will be issued by the Department)

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate) for corresponding to the table of IS 456 using 50% of 20 mm & 50% of 12 mm machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including seigniorage charges, all operational and incidental charges, labour charges such as laying concrete, curing, machine mixing charges, shuttering and centering charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 403 and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (But excluding cost of cement, steel and its fabrications charges.)

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 903 and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Cement will be issued by Department)

Painting to walls with one coat of Plastic emulsion paint ( Berger/Asian or equivalent) shall conform IS 15489:2013 RA 2018; Type 1 for internal walls and approved shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, labour charges, all operational & incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 1216 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Flooring with Double charged / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles with double layer pigment of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15), IS Code 15622:2017 (Pressed Ceramic Tiles- Specifications) of any colour and finish in all shades (as specified by the engineer incharge) and designs, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand, tiles, all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 707and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer ( Pug Mill), carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in two layers in base course on a well prepared subbase and compacting with 80 -100 KN weight vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc as per table 400.11&400.12 and technical specification clause 406 MORD/MORTH.

Arranging Tractor mounted breaker and its crew members for dismantling of existing RCC grade slab, including cost of crew, oil, conveyance, supervision charges, all incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in--charge.

Hiring charges for BOSCH Professional heavy duty demolition hammer (Electrical chipping machine) along with One skilled operator and required One crew member for chipping and breaking of RCC grade slab at specified locations, including all labour charges, tools, tackles, consumables, safety equipment, handling and site cleaning, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes machine hire, operator, helpers and all incidental expenses, but excludes electricity/power charges for operating the machine and disposal of debris outside the work area.
