Gas line System (SHAKTI-AC PLANT): (a) Pressurize the system with nitrogen as maintops. (b) Identify and repair leakage by brazing/ welding/ gasket renewal etc. (c) Replace gauge line of leakage. (d) Proove PT of complete system.
Gas line System (SHAKTI-REF PLANT): (a) Pressurize the system with nitrogen as maintops. (b) Identify and repair leakage by brazing/ welding/ gasket renewal etc. (c) Replace gauge line of leakage. (d) Proove PT of complete system.
Vacuum test SHAKTI-AC PLANT): Vacuum is to be raised and proved for a period of 24 hours.
Vacuum test SHAKTI-REF PLANT): Vacuum is to be raised and proved for a period of 24 hours.
Compressor (LCUs-AC PLANT): (a) Undertake alignment of compressor with motor using laser tool. (b) Undertake PT of compressor per 24 hours after leak rectification (c) Undertake VT of compressor as per main top.
Condenser(LCUs-AC PLANT): (a) Pressure shell side with nitrogen after removing end cover and pipe lines. (b) Undertake leak test with soap solution. (c) Repair leaking tubes relief valves. (d) Undertake PT for 24 hours.
Chiller (LCUs-AC PLANT): (a) Pressure shell side with nitrogen after removing end cover and pipe lines. (b) Undertake leak test with soap solution. (c) Repair leaking tubes relief valves. (d) Undertake PT for 24 hours.
OTS/ oil separator/ receiver (LCUs-AC PLANT): Close valves, pressurize the container with nitrogen, spot the leak with soap solution, release the nitrogen, rectify the leak by insitu welding.
