PROVN OF INTERLOCKING BLOCKS IN SMQ AREA AT AF STN BHUJ

M&L surface excavation n excc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil. Complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L hardcore of guage n exc 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true sureface complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base to floors and paving, lean concrete to foundation etc all complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for filling of sand filling as in screed bed for PCC interlocking paver block including spreading levelling , and well ramming complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of approved shape and size of 60mm thickness confirming to IS 15658-2006, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N/Sqmm (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer chemical coating on top surface, over gray cement and pigment all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature , jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including makin drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
