Consultancy Services for Master Planning, Development of Concept Architectural Plans and Preparation of Bid documents etc. for construction of Delhi Governments New Secretariat Complex at Indraprastha Marg, ITO, New Delhi

Providing consultancy services for digital site survey, geotechnical investigation/examination, preliminary planning and conceptual architectural design for redevelopment of the existing office complex and construction of Delhi Government’s New Secretariat Complex at Indraprastha Marg (ITO) in a land parcel of 15.25 Acre including preparation of Master Plan (including getting it approved from Local Body) and architectural scheme comprising architectural layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, Conceptual 3D views/perspectives, 3D Massing/Model, 3D walkthrough, presentation drawings, diagrams and other visual material required for obtaining approval of the conceptual scheme from stakeholders. The scope shall further include preparation and submission of a Detailed Project Report (DPR), incorporating the approved conceptual scheme, detailed project requirements, cost estimates, specifications and design basis for civil, electrical and mechanical works, project implementation schedule/timeline with year-wise fund requirements, plans for tree transplantation/removal (including getting the proposal approved from Forest Department) and shifting of existing utilities, wherever required, complete Bid Documents for execution of the construction works in EPC Mode-I, incorporating detailed technical specifications and design basis in accordance with the scope of EPC Mode-I defined in the CPWD Works Manual and other applicable CPWD provisions/standards, vetting the Detailed Architectural Drawings and related design submissions prepared by the EPC Contractor for conformity with the approved conceptual scheme, DPR, bid requirements and applicable standards, complete as per the scope defined in the NIT and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
