Providing Consultancy Services for Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) including Economic Analysis, Surveying, Layout Plan, Design, Preparation of Estimate and cost structure etc., for the proposed Dobaspete Industrial Area, Phase 8 at Nelamangala Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District (Extent 486 A-27 1/2 G).

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26). (a) The firm which have experience in preparation of Layout Plan and DPR for atleast One similar nature of project costing not less than Rs.100.00 Crores and other relevant works in Government/Pubic Sector/ Government undertaking Organizations in the last five years for which certificates from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer is to be produced in the last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26). (The value of the completed works will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited). (b) The Firms which have completed preparation of Formation of Layout/ DPR for similar nature of work atleast 1 No. in Government/public sectors/Government undertaking Organizations with an extent of not less than 250 acres in the last five financial years for which certificates from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer is to be produced.

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26). The Firm should have achieved in, atleast any two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.150.00 Lakhs in last 5 years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26)
