The Bidder may be Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 Or The Bidder may be a registered Company in India as per Indian Companies Act, 2013 Or Registered entities such as Firms, Societies, NGOs. Consortium arrangements are not allowed to participate in this tender.
The bidder must be registered with the EPF authorities. EPF Registration Certificate and month wise EPF Payment Confirmation Challan from Last 6 months must be uploaded.
