Providing, laying, Wearing 53 to 22.4mm ( Fifty thee to twenty two point four milimetre) nominal size Grading-3, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 Kn. in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification Clasue 405 including carriage of materials within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg. (Zero decimal two seven five Kilogramme) per Square metres on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 50mm (fifty millimetre) thick Bituminous Macadam with 40-60 (Forty to Sixty) TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 40 (Forty) tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity grade- ten) @ minimum 3.30 (Three decimal three zero) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD specification complete in all respects including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes, within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra will be paid for higher bituminous contents required as per job mix formula. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thick Bituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten) minimum 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix/HMP of 80-100 (Eighty to hundred) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem power road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507( 5th revision) complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
