Security, Guarding & Caretaking and up-keeping of entire Bikash Bhavan compound, Lift Lobby, all Toilet Blocks and Office Blocks (from Ground Floor to 10th Floor, all blocks) for the entire area location within the boundary fencing of the premises, round the clock in all days. Knowledge in handling and operating the fire fighting equipment plotted at different blocks of Bikash Bhavan, having proper dress of security personnel under the direction and general of team leader having formal training in such type of work (Preferably Ex-Policemen and Ex-Army man) under the overall guidance of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Man days means per day per man working time 8 Hours including required uniform, Torch and other accessories.
