Fabrication of MS Angles & Channel

Excavation of earth for pole of size 0.90X0.60X1/6 of pole length for erection of pole in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil.

Erection of 11 KV Four Pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories.

Erection of 11 KV Double Pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories.

Erection of 11 KV Single Pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45X0.45X1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast & back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alingment and leveling.

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.60X0.60X1.20 mtr in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil.

Fixing, tightning and nuzzling of 11KV Pole stay with pole and stay rod on required tension.

Grouting of stay in size 0.60X0.60X0.30 mtr in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size :8 coarse sand) block including coast of cement and stone ballast & back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alingment and leveling.

Earthing of Supports.

Stringing and sagging of ACSR Rabbit/Weasel conductor for making 11KV line.

Installation and commissioning of 11KV O/G VCB Panel with Proper Connections, testing and earthing of panel in all respect with providing required material.

Laying of 11KV XLPE cable 3X120 Sq.mm from 11VCB Panel to new to 11 KV D/P Structure and 11 KV PRMC (Double Circuit) with making proper earthing, connections & required cicil works.

Jointing & Fixing of 11 KV cable jointing kit at required ends.

Installation of 11 KV PRMC in metering room with grouting and making all connecion.

Erection of 11 KV TPMO (For line) complete.

Erection of 11 KV line guarding.

Lopping of Tree branches & bushes for making H.T. line.

Painting of poles with angle&channel and all steel part by one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and two coat of fluorescent red and white paint 30cm wide upto 1.50 mtr from ground level.
