Investigation, Design and Construction of Physical Infrastructure such as Roads, Drains, Water Supply, Sewerage, compatible with trunk infrastructure and Social Infrastructure like School Building, Primary Health Center, Commercial Complex and Community Hall in EWS layouts at Kadapa (Phase I and II), Jammalamadugu, Rajampeta and Rayachoti ULBs and Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of five (5) Sewage Treatment Plants of Total Capacity of 4.0 MLD (Kadapa 1 - 1.0 MLD, Kadapa 2 - 1.1 MLD, Rajampeta - 0.7 MLD, Jammalamadugu - 0.7 MLD and Rayachoti - 0.5 MLD) based on any appropriate Technology (Technology Neutral) with Post completion operation and Maintenance of entire Sewage Treatment Plants for 7 (Seven) years including 02 (Two) years defect liability period under PMAY (HFA) (U) Scheme at YSR Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh on Lump sum contract (Percentage Tender) (with DLP of 2 years).
