Demolition of precast cement concrete block masonry, of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing drainage/ culvert upto 1.50m depth including removing cover slabs, soils, spoils, vegetation, silt etc. and refixing cover slabs including making good in cement mortar (1:6) and removing material outside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Payment shall be made based on stacked measurement of debries removed from drains and culverts etc.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Inner girth shall only be measured.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary walling with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates), exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tank etc. set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary forms, moulds etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L in repairs for 40mm thick (measured solid) precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in louvres and jallies including suitable reinforcement, all moulding etc. set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste the formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam, lintels, cantilevers etc, fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT (CRS) steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based paint (Exterior emulsion paint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other sections, prepared for hanging with and including either hooks and hinges, and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Gde Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old GI barbed wire fencing of any description from RCC post complete all as specified and as direction. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any type and in any position complete all as specified and as direction.

Dismantling RCC post or struts, any section, including taking out embeded portion in concrete including demolition of foundation PCC and makind good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanntling RCC post or struts, any section, including taking out embeded portion in natural ground and makind good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT (CRS) steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 27 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 sqcm and not exceeding 250 sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat splayed rounded or mitred tops and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 29 above but average sectional area not exceeding 100 sqcm.

Supply only chain link fencing 3.16mm dia galvanized wire, (100x100) mm mesh, made upto matress lapped wire and laid in position/ fixed on poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS angles, flats etc independently fix without connecting plates etc but to ordinary length conforming to Fe 310 or Fe 410-O as in fencing posts including drilling holes for nuts and bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) 12mm dia, exceeding 150mm but not exceeding 225mm long, hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed other end to be fixed with one washer and one hexagonal nut, the other end to be embedded in RCC fencing post while casting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hopping for columns etc hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 35 above but 6 to 8mm dia.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduct credit for dismantled materials as per schedule of credit Rs. 70,985.00
