The following all the Windlass, Anchor Winch, Jib boom crane, Capstan, Atlas crane, MOT ladder, Accommodation ladder, Foldable platform, Scientifc davit, A-Frame/Gantry, CTD winch and NOW crane etc., load tests to be witnessed and certified by a "competent authority" certified by Indian Dock Labour Board. Annual thorough inspection and periodic load test endorsements by "competent authority" to be entered in the ship’s cargo gear register.
Witnessing of windlass load test & certificate to be provided by competent person. Anchor winch pull test Stbd fwd:11 Tons. Calibrated load cell and competent person to be arranged by Vendor.Load test will be performed by HSL.
Witnessing of Jib boom crane load test & certificate to be provided by competent person, SWL - 4.8 T, Proof load-6 tons.Competent person and calibrated load cell to be arranged by Vendor. Load test will be performed by HSL.
Witnessing of Capstan load test & certificate to be provided by competent person, Proof load-6.5 tons.Competent person and calibrated load cell to be arranged by Vendor. Load test will be performed by HSL.
Witnessing of Jib boom crane & certificate to be provided by competent person, Proof load- 2 tons.Competent person to be arranged by Vendor. Load test will be performed by HSL.
Witnessing of atlas crane & certificate to be provided by competent person, Proof load- 2.5 tons.Competent person to be arranged by Vendor. Load test will be performed by HSL.
Witnessing of windlass load test & certificate to be provided by competent person. Anchor winch pull test port fwd:10 Tons. Calibrated load cell and competent person to be arranged by Vendor.Load test will be performed by HSL.
Witnessing of MOT ladder load test & certificate to be provided by competent person,Proof load-1125 Kgs. Competent person to be arranged by Vendor. Load test will be performed by HSL.
Witnessing of Acc ladder load test & certificate to be provided by competent person,Proof load-1350 Kgs. Competent person to be arranged by Vendor. Load test will be performed by HSL.
Witnessing of foldable platform load test & certificate to be provided by competent person, Load-500 Kgs. Competent person and calibrated load cell to be arranged by Vendor. Load test will be performed by HSL.
Witnessing of scientific davit load test & certificate to be provided by competent person. Competent person and calibrated load cell to be arranged by Vendor. Load test will be performed by HSL.
A - frame aft (stern gantry) dynamic load test to be carried out with water bags (SWL 22.5 tons) in presence of competent person and certificate to be provided. Competent person, calibrated load cell, all the tools and accessories and water bags to be arranged by vendor.
Witnessing of CTD winch load test & certificate to be provided by competent person, SWL - 1 T. Competent person to be arranged by Vendor. Load test will be performed by HSL.
National oil well crane load test to be done & certificate to be provided by competent person, SWL-10 tons, Proof Load-12.5 tons. Competent person, calibrated load cell, all the tools and accessories and water bags to be arranged by Vendor.
