Replacement and reconditioning of FCU 14.5/17.75/20/23 Damaged Fluid Coupling of RFC-3/4,16A/B,17A/B,18A/B,19A/B&23 conveyors if necessary in MM-IV/ CHP/STAGE-III/Dr.NTTPS

Replacement and reconditioning of RP Gear box-TE.125 Damaged gear boxes of R.P.Gates (12nos) if necessary in MM-IV sub-division/CHP-III/DR.NTTPS

Reconditioning of carrying frames , return frames , impact frames & return self align frames

Replacment of break drum and break shoes for 19A/B trippers units 5&6

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
