The Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection

Required2. Bidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy

Required3. Bidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN code

Required4. Bidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp

Required5. Bidder shall quote only for the make and material of the items mentioned in the Schedule

Required6. Bidder should submit detailed technical specifications with catalogue if any

Required7. Bidder should submit acceptance for submission of Relevant test certificate along with material

Required8. Bidder should provide guarantee period of minimum 18 months from date of supply or 12 months from date of use whichever is earlier for the quoted material

Optional9. Bidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered

Optional10. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
