REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF INSULATORS VCB RMU PANELS MAINT OF TRANSFORMERS AND TWO POLE STRUCTURE AND EARTH PITS AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN NALIYA AND MOTHALA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc all as directed and specified. Note:(i) Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3.2.3 of SSR part II and 19.74.1 of SSR part I for cable/pipe laying portion. (ii) Serviceable PCC / RCC cable cover obtained during excavation shall be stacked separately carefully without any extra cost.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size any type from trench/duct/poles/ roof/pipe etc and keeping aside for segregation of serviceability serviceable cable shall be re-laid at same place or other place as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying, connecting XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, of size 16 Sqmm 2 core with proper size of lugs and laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Labour for re-laying the serviceable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade of any size obtained from item No 2 above in trenches/fixed to poles/ wall, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand cushioning & cable cover shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at. Note: The thickness after punning shall only be measured for payment.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, of 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm obtained from trenches, abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cutting under the road /pavement /hard standing or in any other situation with the manual labour for crossing of U/G cable through it and making both the end good complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying GI water tubing of 80 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches/under roads/in drains with suitable size flat iron/GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc for cable protection, complete all as specified.

Supply and laying GI water tubing of 50 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads/in drains, fixed to poles/walls with suitable size flat iron/GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI water tubing of 40 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads/in drains, fixed to poles/walls with suitable size flat iron/GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40mm thick with 6mm dia MS rods as in reinforcement @ 150c/c both ways and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete . M&L for preparing old painted surface of LT Panel board of any size by thoroughly cleaning the surfaces to remove dirt, dust, rust flakes and paint flakes, using wire brush or sand papers, damp cloth or as directed, applying automotive paint using sprayers till glossy finish is obtained, complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

S&F junction box of size 450mm x 375mm x 200mm made out of poly carbonate IP-65 protection with poly ethelene gasket and glow wire tested at 960 degree celcius as per IEC 60695-2-11 and thermoplastic gland of suitable size fixed on poles with galvanised clamps (02 Nos on each pole) of F1, 40x5mm made to shape fixed with nut bolts washers etc. complete all as specified and directed with following fitments :- (a) Aluminum bus bar of 100Amps capacity fixed on porcelene insulators and insulated with colour sleeves (04 Nos) and connect suitable for 25Sqmm to 35Sqmm cable Note : Cost of clamps and bus bar strips is inclussive in quoted rate Make : Sintex / Any approved make as per E-in-C's.

Calibration of VCB / RMU relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB upto 90 % rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing u/s overload and earh fault relay including connection with power pack. Opening out the trolly checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically including checking of TNC switch.Testing and commissioning all as directed. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out the reps of authorized person (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished.

M&L for maintenance / servicing of VCB / RMU11 KV, 400/ 630 /1200 Amps including removal of VCB trolley, cleaning of all copper male and female contact, tightening of all connections, checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, servicing of relays, etc. refixing the VCB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual/motorize operation of VCB, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out the reps of Authorized person (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished.

M & L for taking down carefully Transformer / Isolation transformer of any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth/ base, disconnecting HT & LT side connections, earthing strip of transformer, supporting angles, cross arm, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site to the workshop opening the top cover of the transformer, bushing, draining of oil from the transformer, lifting the core complete taking out defective coils from the core, cleaning the tank and reassembling the transformer after carrying out the repairs/replacement of worn out part, ovening the complete unit till to get desired megger value, transporting returning back to the site installing re-commissioning and testing of the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthings, supports / cross arms etc all as directed by EIC (Note :(i) Spares, Rewinding of transformer,reinsulating & heating if required will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch'A' items

Rewinding old / burnt out HT/LT coils by super enameled copper winding wire / strips of appropriate size of super quality (as per existing material & size of transformer coils) including, insulating, varnishing, heating, keeping coils in position, etc for transformer up to 500 KVA.

Re-insulation of heated / weak LV coils of transformer by super quality insulating materials, heating, varnishing , etc complete to improve IR value etc complete all as directed by EIC.

Replacement of 90 degree lug boot for HT terminals on each phase for protection of the HT termainals from moisture/dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of complete power pack unit of 220 V/110 V AC input and 110 V DC output fixed inside the HT VCB/RMU unit complet for back up of the tripping system of Circuit Breaker etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.50.00 here-in-before but with self powered relay Make: CG Model CGI-14S or ABB its equivalent model as approved by GE

Replacment of Tripping coil 110 V DC and any model for existing HT VCB panels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in Replacement of auotmatic spring charge motor of the Vacuum circuit breaker of exisiting make and model complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Air break switch (GOD & DO) Triple pole, mechanically gang operated Air Brack Switch, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps, 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV / underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as Specifeid and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing outdoor type cable termination (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV /underground electric cable, XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm, extra terminal length as reqired on ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as directed.

Dehydration/ Filtration of transformer oil/ stabilizer oil / HT oil switch up to 630 Amps capacity of exisitng transformer/ stabilizer of 30 kVA to 500 kVA installed at site/ HT oil switch up to 400 Amps capacity installed at various locations, with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 40 to 60 kV during filling of oil, after intial filtraction, including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site. Note: contractor shall produce the transformer oil tests showing oil test results before and after filteration consisting of transformer details all as directed.

Supply & filling of transformer oil in transformer / voltage stabilizer in situ/ at site for toppin up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40-60 kV during fillin after initial filtraction conforming to IS-335 complete all as specified and directed. Make: Power/ Insole/ Universal. Note: transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container.

Taking out unserviceable / serviceable HT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the sizes of cables 95 / 120 Sqmm all as directed by Engg in charge.

Relaying the serviceable HT 11 KV 3 core 95/120 sqmm of size cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( HT ), all as specified and directed by EIC.(Note : (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required)

M & L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with orange colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "DANGER,HT 11 KV CABLE" to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block c, placed at interval of every 30 M ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
