Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof of buildings at any height including demolition of padding concrete, remove earth strip, electric cable and removing the debris to out side of MD land, cleaning the entire surface with water to remove all dust and dirt etc, laying cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) not exceeding 40mm average thickness on roof in adequate slope, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on top of concrete mixed with water proofing compound in proportion as per manufacturer's instructions by weight of cement and making plastered surfaces to receive water proofing treatment finished fair and even and preparing, clean and dry plastered roof surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement / mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler / primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 and applying @ 250 gm/sqm through approved applicator and applying and all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separetaly as supply only under relevant item

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water storage tank of capacity exc 500 ltrs & not exc1000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 above but dismantling of water tanks exc 250 and not exc. 500 ltr.

S&F 500 ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank doubled layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min wt 210 gms) (bore dia 20mm) comlete all as specified and as directed.

S&F UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm² with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 15 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7 above but for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC pipes including all fittings like shoes, bends, swan necks etc of any dia all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipe ,single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC 75mm dia (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius for 110 mm bore pipe incl jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius for 75 mm bore pipe incl jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal for 110mm dia bore incl jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal for 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal for 75mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) vent cowl equal or unequal for 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster including complete treatment if any from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing all debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10+5mm) cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 in base coat and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water profing compund (2% by weight) complete all as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item for supply only.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 , finished the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM 1:3, finish the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as per specified and directed

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specificallly provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on bottom and vertical surfaces of sunken portion with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and make surfaces to receive water proofing treatment, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separetaly as supply only under relevant item.

M&L for preparing, clean and dried plastered sunken surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement / mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.50 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler/ primer @ 250 gm/sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 through approved applicator all as per manufacturer's instructions and ponding test for 72 hrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 32mm dia spout pipe of unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm with all fittings and laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken portion of WC/toilet/bath complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B1(1:2:4) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles,laid over 15 thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including PVC seat cover with fixtures, black/ white closed pattern with flat bottom (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to drain (or out going pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing old PVC/cast iron floor trap including wall crossing pipe and fixing with new outlet 75mm PVC(SWR) floor trap with stainless steel grating and new wall crossing and filling with PCC(1:2:4) mixed with water proofing compound including matching with existing tiles and jointed with outer pipe with solution and connected to near manhole in ground floor all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
