Construction of OHSR in Raparla Village H/o Raparla Gp pf Pamarru Mandal Krishna District Est Cost Rs:40.00 Lakhs

Construction of 40 KL OHSR of staging 12.90 mts wind speed 200 Kmph SBC 5 T/sqmt with M30 grade design mix at the site selected by the Department, as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specification including earth work excavation in all types of soils in wet or dry conditions for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabrication of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the SOR 2024-25. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges and all taxes, duties and levies but including cost of DI pipes, DI Valves, etc, complete for finished item of work, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges and including Overheads and Contractors Profit @13.615%. 1). All concrete members shall be designed with M30 grade design mix. 2) Rate is for OHSRs with RAFT FOUNDATION 3) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the Reservoir including bottom of roof. 4) Rate inclusive of 2 coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections including cost of DI pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings. 5) The above rates are applicable for basic wind speed of 200 KMPH . Fixtures include :a) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 m wide.b) Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 200 KL. c) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthling etc.,d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh .e) D.I Manholes frame and cover 0.60x0.60m as per IS specifications (Heavey duty) - 2 Nos.f) Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/copper float of approved pattern-1 No.g) The railing provided to the gallery and staircase shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1.20m. i) D.I swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. j). Bed Blocks of 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.30m in CC M15 Mix below all the duck foot bends k) The rates are inclusive of DI verticals for all inlet, out let, overflow and scour connections( as per estimate diameters) and D.I valves. All valves near inlet, out let and for scour shall be D.I valves of heavy duty conforming to the specification of SoR item No.30

Earthwork excavation of Pipelines for water supply with HDPE PE-100 grade pipes as per IS specifications, with its amendments and revisions thereon including supplying of pipes, necessary specials such as Bends, Tees etc., lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, trench of size 0.7x1.00M excavation for pipelines in all soils except rock requiring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated Soil labour charges using 2/3 machinery and 1/3 Manual (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, lamping and removing surpulus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified in Technical specifictions (Part-B, Volume-1) and as per drawing (Part-C, Volume-1). The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of Pipe Line work for 110 mm dia HDPE 6Kg/Cm2 but excluding taxes etc., (Excluding Cost of pipes specials, etc complete)
