Removal of pipe and blanking of both sides of system, transportation of pipe to workshop, pressure testing of pipe( 1.5) times of working pressure (test equipments are to be provided by contractor), fitment of pipe and proving the system.
REPAIR WORK of Cupronickel Pipes- Cleaning of internal parts for removal of biological growth and foreign particles by carrying out d-scaling with reputed de-scaling solvent, visusal inspection and pressure testing.
Repair of pipe/flanges by building up of material/Machining.
RENEWAL WORK- Renewal of pipe including gaskets/clamps, if pitting or crack/hole in excess
Renewal of Flanges of pipe diameter given below:-
