M&L for complete cleaning of the internal & external parts of HT/LT panel board, checking & testing of all the components of the panel for cable insulation, lugs, connections and the like, replacement of & including provision of minor parts like lugs, insulation tape as per colour code, nuts bolts, connectors, repair and repalcement of copper bus bar, porcelain insulators replacement and / or welding of existing damaged hinges of the panel and the like as directed by Engineer-in-Charge; (Note - Rates included for provision of sufficient technicians for getting electric shut down and to attend the shutdown on site till completion. Replacement of major items like MCCBs etc. shall be measured & Paid for separately).

Supply, install, test and commissioning of HT electrical in replacement outdoor feeder pillar box, floor mounted, cubical type, dust proof, weather proof, vermin proof, double door, double apron, with rain protection canopy on top, aesthetically designed having IP-54 degree of ingress protection, fabricated from 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening, including copper busbar strips min 600mm long of size 50 x 6mm busbar chamber, continuous GI strip earth busbar, capacity, insulated color sleeves, porcelein/ epoxy insulators din rail channels, cable alley, panel louvers cut, danger notice board. Also including MS angle iron base frame of size 1200x1000x 600mm, 30cm grouted in ground and 60cm above GL, including necessary excavation, foundation, PCC etc. complete, with locking arrangement duly powder coated painted of Red colour, connecting incoming and outgoing cable connections with suitable lugs, nuts, bolts, washers, cable glands & connecting complete all as directed including taking down old feeder pillar box

S & F inreplacement of Flame proof and weather proof rotary type switch,16 Amps,230 Volts,AC single pole, (LM-6) aluminum alloy with flame proof cable entry glands CMRS certified,ISI marked rotary type switch shall be CAT .SSPL/RI/1010 of Shyam or equivalent model of SUDHIR/FLEXPRO/BALIGA make)

S & F inreplacement of LED light suitable for Traffic light of RED /GREEN colour 24 x 1W each mounted on MCPCB. Ingress protection IP65 of Make : Bajaj or equivalent

M&L for complete cleaning of the internal & external parts of APFC capacitor bank panel board, checking & testing of all the components of the panel for cable insulation, lugs, connections and the like, replacement of & including provision of minor parts like lugs, insulation tape, nuts bolts, connectors, capacitor of paticular capacity , relays, contactors, APFC Meter , amp meter, volt meter,indicators , switches of capacitors and incoming MCCBs repair and the like as directed by Engineer-in-Charge; (Note - Rates included for provision of sufficient technicians for getting electric shut down and to attend the shutdown on site till completion. Replacement of major items like MCCBs, relays, APFC meter, contactors, amp meter, volt meter, indicators etc. shall be measured & Paid for separately).

Supply & fix in replacement of Capacitor duty Contactor with auxilliary contacts 1NO+1NC, 3 pole AC, 12 Amps capacity all as specified and directed. Make- Indoasian L&T / Havells or equivalent .

Supply & Fix in replacement heavy duty capacitors for non linear load 440 Volts AC,3 phase, 50 Hz delta connection for APFC panel,Capacitor of size 3 Ph 2 KVAr. Make-Havell's of make L&T / Siemens.

(Note - Rates included fordeploying of sufficient technician for cleaning of solar panel board. Replacement of major items like solar light, battery etc. shall be measured & Paid for separately).

S&F in replacement of pin type (HT) porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of disc type insulator Two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 140mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts all as directed by EIC.

M&L for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size mounting on over head line, stringing/streching properly on insulator with required span and sag including binding with aluminium conductor of 2 mm dia as binding wire all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down carefully dry type transformer/ Isolation transformer of capacity up to 150 KVA, any make, any type from pole / plinth/ base, disconnecting HT & LT side connections, earthing strip of transformer, supporting angles, cross arm, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site to the workshop opening the top cover of the transformer, bushing, lifting the core complete taking out defective coils from the core, cleaning the tank and reassembling the transformer after carrying out the repairs/replacement of worn out part, ovening the complete unit till to get desired megger value, transporting returning back to the site installing re-commissioning and testing of the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthings, supports / cross arms etc all as directed by EIC (Note :(i) Spares, Rewinding of transformer,reinsulating & heating if required will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch'A' items (ii) T&P required , rent of vehicle, crane, labour involved for shifting, lifting are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S& F in replacement of fan suitable for cooling the isolation trasformer as per sample all as specified and as directed

Rewinding old / burnt out HT/LT coils by super enameled copper winding wire / strips of appropriate size of super quality (as per existing material & size of transformer coils) including, insulating, varnishing, heating, keeping coils in position, etc for isolation transformer up to 150 KVA.

M & L for Dehydration and filtration of Voltage stabilizer / VLE switch oil by using mobile dehydration and filtration plant, heating and filtering the transformer oil to be carried out till the di- electric strength reaches value of 60KV or above in one minute, for any capacity of Voltage stabilizer/VLE Switch (up to 150 KVA capacity voltage stabilizer/ VLE SWITCHES) Note:- Cost of T&P required for dehydration and filteration should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra cost will be permissible to the contractor in this regard.

Supply and topping / replacement of transformer oil having di-electric strength above 50 KV/mm of Transformer chamber and conservator with new transformer oil up to the required level in any type and capacity of Voltage stabilizer / VLE switch all as directed by EIC. Note : Transformer oil brought by the contractor at site shall be in seal packing drum having ISI mark as per IS 335/1983 of make Savita, Asian or equivalent.

M & L for Maintenance / Servicing of Servo Voltage stabilizer by OEM rep of capacity upto 160 KVA 3 phase 440 volts 50 Hz including cleaning, checking oil level and brazing / soldering if required , replacement of control panel spare parts as electronic circuit card / volt meter / amp meter / Trigger Transformer etc of servo Voltage Stabilizer .checking each phase voltage, Testing and commissioning complete all as directed.( Note: Spare parts if required shall be paid separately)

S&F in replacement of Electronic circuit card (PCB) all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S &F in replacement of Voltmeter(Digital / analog) all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F in replacement of Amp meter with CT (Digital / analog) all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F in replacement of Trigger Transformer all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry river sand; gently punning down all as directed and specified. ( Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered)

Taking out unserviceable / serviceable HT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the sizes of cables 95 / 120 Sqmm all as directed by Engg in charge.

S&F in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, HT 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core of size cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, all as specified and directed by EIC.(Note : (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required)

M & L unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS HV type I, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable.

Laying only in replcement of HT 11 KV 3 core 120 Sqmm cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( HT ), heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade 95/120 Sqmm x 3 core all as specified and directed by EIC.

Suppl and fixing in replacement of outdoor type heat shrinkable cable end joint for 3 core, 120 to 185 Sqmm HT, 11 KV (earth), XLPE insulated heavy duty aluminium conductor cable including making incoming and outgoing electrical connections all as directed Make- Dension/M-Seal

S&F in replacement of GI tubing 100 mm bore light grade for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/floors/ roads/ path /culverts or fixed on walls/on poles by means of MS clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers all as specified of sizes : -

Boring holdes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitiable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 120 Sqmm 3 core all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 120 Sqmm 3 core all as directed.

M & L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with orange colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "DANGER,HT 11 KV CABLE" to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block c, placed at interval of every 30 M ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of or mounting over four/two pole structure to vertically operated gang operating air break switch (GOD) suitable for 11 KV, 200 Amp consisting of 3 Insulators in each phase (Total 9 insulators in 3 Phase) mounted over the galvanised mild steel channel frame of suitable size, operating mechanism, operating handle made of medium grade galvanised Iron pipe of 25 mm dia, at least 5 mtr long, locking arrangement , connected with 7 leaver Godrez lock, moving and fixed contacts, copper jumphers including making electrical connections of all incoming and outgoing conductors all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of drop out fuse assembly consisting of two post insulators with jaws mounted over suitable size of mild steel channel for each phase (Total 06 insulators mounted over three channels for three phase) including making electrical connections of all incoming and outgoing conductors all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting oil leakage transformers shifting to workshop & taking out old HT/LT Bushing of transformer of capacity for up to 315 KVA opening the top cover of transformer and replacement the bushing with stud/connecting rod with cork sheet packing & refixed the top cover of transformer including replacement of cork sheet packing including draining of oil and ovening the core of the transformer to achieve the desired IR value and testing complete . Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall deem to be included the cost HT & LT Bushing, studs along with washers, corck sheet packing material nut bolts etc. (ii) T&P required , rent of vehicle, crane, labour involved for shifting, lifting are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Shifting of Transformer / Isolation Transformer / Voltage stabilizer from one locationg to other location of any capacity including removing the existing HT/LT connection of any type transformer and transporting the same to desired location within Airforce stn bhuj area including 308 TRU (mundra road). The same installing connecting HT/LT cables, Earthing testing and commissioning all as directed EIC.

S & F in replacement of Silica gel breather assembly with silica gel cristal for upto 315 KVA capacity transformer.

S & F in replacement of temperature gauge 0 C to 125 C for transformer installed at site with all accessories, complete all as directed.

Restringing of HT overhead line conductor comprising of three run ACSR conductor conductor after opening from insulators, including restraining same and winding on insulator with proper size of binding wire upto permissible sag complete. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deem to included the cost of winding wire and replacement of insulator if damaged during restraining of conductor.

Cutting, trimming and vending tree branches along HT over head lines, after arranging electrical shutdown , including taking all precautions while working on lines using own T&P by the contractor. Note :- (i) Branches of trees shall be cut upto 3 metre from the outer conductor of OH line. (ii) Cutting/trimming of branches shall be done after obtaining necessary shut down in writing by the Engineer-in-Charge to avoid any casualty.

M&L for Locating of fault in HT 11 KV cable of any size laid in trenches by heiring of electronic fault locating machine for finding out the fault of defective 11 KV HT cable at different locations including excavation of trenches for each fault at site making sufficient space for working inside the trenches for jointing the cable and further excavation and refilling after connection and testing of straight through joint as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i)The fault located equipment will be brought at site within 02 days of Instruction received from Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required)

M& L for finding out HT fault in feeder of affected area with deploying trained electrician and helper seggregate/ isolate the feeder carry out maintenance work such as repair of jumper, DOs, GODs, fuse wires of suitable gauge, insulators ,conneted items and then after charge the feeder with load in presence of Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of vaccum interrupter 630/800 Amp suitable for HT VCB complete all as specified and directed Make ABB type VG4-01-C or Equivalent.
