Scrapping of moss, blisters etc.thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc.(Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer.

Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank, drain and compound including cutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (b) 15 mm thick plaster.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips(20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur verity

Supply of 03 nos. 0.5 HP vertical alum dosing pumps .

Installation and commissioning of 03 nos. alum dosing pumps for Alum doging system at WTP with all necessary accessories,specials viz. Ball valve,Isolating valve, Back Pressure valve, Relife valve,Pressure gauge,Y- Strainer,calibration cylinder,Flange & manifolds, pulsation Damper, etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing gunmetal wheel valve of approved brand and make tested to 21 kg per sq. cm. (for water lines only).(vii) 25 mm dia.

Supplying, fitting and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes of approved make conforming to IS-15778: 2007 . with all necessary accessories,specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple,longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc.fitted with holder bats clamps, including cuttingpipes,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials in any position above ground. M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1956 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. Labour charges for removing the scrap materials from the back side area of 04 nos. pressure filtter including cutting (if necessary) with the help of gas cutting equipment /grinder for make the scrap materials sutaible in size for loading into the Depertmantal vehicle and unloading the same as per direction and then levelling the area as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cost of labour charge towards opening the manhole of pressure filter vessel and taking out old damaged media from the shell & the strainer system of pressure filter.

Cost of labour charge to remove dirt and debris from the old gravels and restore the same for reuse in 4 nos. pressure filter vessel. All filter media & bed media to be segregated according to their size as indicated with sizes of sieves before puting into pressure filter.

Cost of labour charge towards filled with new filter media in the pressure filter vessel in layers as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
