Providing of Outsourced Manpower Service for the period of One Year

The tenderer shall have an experience of running the manpower supply agency for the past five years from the date of this tender notification. The relevant proof duly attested shall be submitted.

The tender shall have experience of providing similar service to reputed organization, preferably state/central government/PSU organizations at least two years in the recent last three years financial years. The relevant copies of works orders, service certificates or other attested documents should submitted.

The annual turnover of the agency shall be less than Rs.23.73 lakshs any two year of the recent last three finanical years. The relevant proof in this regard by way of audited Annual Accounts certified by a Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number shall be submitted with the Technical Bid (Annual Turnover Certficate).

The tenderer shall provide attested documents like ESI Registration, EPF Registration, PT, State Labour Departments License, GST/PAN and other necessary registration or documents alongwith last 3 years of annual returns of ESI/PF/GST & PT.
