Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc all as directed and specified.

M & L for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured for payment.

Laying only serviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, of 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm obtained from trenches, abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old cable covers obtained from excavation shall be used in this items

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting under road/PCC path and passing GI pipe for cable protection and making good as existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, testing & commissioning of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sqmm x 3.5 core including connecting the cables at both ends by providing suitable size aluminium lugs at the termination ends and necessary saddle clamp (heavy duty) , all as specified and directed.

M&L for AHU room wall insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, 50mm thick with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:- → (a) M&L for cleaning the AHU room wall surface (to be insulalated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound.(c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

Taking out old nitrile rubber insulation and dispose out it 5 km away from station complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for AHU room wall, Aluminium cladding on resin bonded fibre glass wool surface with 24 gauge flame proof Alumunium sheet with all required misc items complete all as specified and as directed.
