Replacement of MIV Service & Maintenance Seals of Unit-III, Dia 1400 mm having following scope of work:- i) Dismantling of the MIV alongwith all its associated components such as Servo Motor, Counter weight, Bypass valve arrangement etc. ii) Providing Hydra for loading/transportation of spare seals from BVPCL store to HEP site and damaged seals from HEP site to BVPCL Store. iii) Removal of the existing damaged Service & Maintenance Seals. iv) Installation of the spare seals available in the store of BVPCL. v) Re-installatiion of the MIV alongwith all its associated components. vi) Testing and commissioning to ensure proper sealing and to prevent any further leakage from the MIV.
