High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to center) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyster paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in flashings made to shape of plain sheet (junction) of wall cladding and lower roof on annexe, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Bird proofing net of 100% virgin nylon mono filament net made of around +/- 0.80 yarn in 32mm square mesh and having yarn breaking strength appx. 23 Kgs per yarn having ultra violet stabilized for hangar complete all as specified and directed.

2mm thick clear embossed/opal white polycarbonate corrugated sheet (dimensions as of galvalume sheet in Sl. item No. 1 above) with UV stabilizer having atleast 60% minimum light emission for sky lighting as per relevant IS including side/end laps with sealant complete all as specified and directed.

Running welding with thickness of metal to be welded exc 9mm but n exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel works as in Roof trusses (farmed), purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket farming (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) of Fe 410 - S quality - A cenforming to 15 2062 of 2011 including distance pieces, cleats etc. all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new Steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding farmed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of bird net of any specification fixed at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old galvalume sheet plain or corrugated on roof/cladding of hangar including 'J' bolt complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old polycarbonate sheet on roof of hangar complete all as specified and directed.
