Surface Exploratory Diamond Core Drilling at Hutti Gold Mines Company Limited.

The (bidder) should be a reputed contractor/ institution/ enterprise with a team of Geologist and Engineers experience in execution of surface /underground diamond drilling core logging and sampling of the drilled cores and also in the preparation of final report on the executed proposals.

The bidder must have successfully executed core drilling work (on land, not in sea or marine conditions) for the metals like gold, silver, copper, lead &zinc or together in these ore/minerals in India not less than 1600m in any one of the last 5 (Five) financial years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25). The bidder shall submit the information with required supporting documents in the (Annex-I ) format enclosed in Technical bid. NB: i) The work experience certificate should indicate the name of the work awarding organization, period of work, mineral/ore base metals (gold, silver, copper, lead &zinc), quantum of core drilling awarded & year wise core drilling work executed in meters in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024- 25. The successfully completed work experience certificate issued by the awarding contractor in last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25, is to be counter signed by the bidder. Submission of work order copy only shall not be the criteria to qualify technically. ii)The bidder shall give his machinery list with technical specifications & the maximum depth of core drilling capacity in a hole of each machine in the format as mentioned in the Annexure-II in Technical bidder.

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.1.76 Crores, during the last three preceding financial years, namely: FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25, The turnover certificate and financial statements certified by Chartered Accountant to be enclosed.

The bidder whose core drilling contract / agreement had been terminated by M/s. HGML will not be eligible to take part in the instant tender.

The bidder should submit the EPF registration certificate.

The bidder should submit the GST Registration certificate.

The bidder should submit the ESI Registration.

Income-tax returns filed by the tenderer for the last three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
