Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating and chemical barrier under and around the columns pits, wall trenche basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external per meter of binding expension joints surrounding of pipes and conduit ete. Complete (Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313(part ii 1981). Aldrine emulsificable concentrate of any other approved material such as Hepthachlor or chlordance will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows.

Concrete with 4 c.m gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all material s, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:6 in cement and coarse sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concret or reinfoced brick work ( when not includedin an over all rates) wrought to shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4)" gauge approved stone ballast in the prpportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of door excluding spply of reinforcement and its binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centring & shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

4.0 cm (1 thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm.(3/4")graded approved stone shingle laid in panels finished with 3 mm.(1/8")floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 8cm.(3") 'thick. base concrete consisting of cement ,local sand and brick ballast 4cm.(1½") gauge in the proportion of 1 :4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of Panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour' and T&P etc. requierd for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing of wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and qulity on new work including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses; builts up gates, door, frames, record racks roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc. & their fixing required for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing aluminum colour coated metro sheet 0.5 mm thick roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Enamal Paint on steel or wood surface including priming coate including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make of 80x125 mm (3 x 3½") gauge cold rolled M.S laths inter locked throughout their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks and mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets side guides and arrangement for inside and outside locking with push and pull operations complete but excluding the cost of top cover and spring.

Providing and fixing 27.5 cm. long wire spring grade no. 2 for rolling shutters.
