SCHEDULE `A' PART-IX MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 9.01 to 9.04. The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

M & L for block masonary with soild block pre-cast cement concrete (1:5:8) (20mm graded stone aggregates), exc 10cm in with and setting in cement motar 1:6 as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of antifungal emulsion paint, exterior grade over a coat of primer as per manufactures instructions in camouflage pattern on wall/roof surface including surface preperation complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in position anodised aluminium powder coated (min 50 micron thickness) door shutter with frame, partly glazed with 5.5mm thick tinted glass and partly panelled with 9mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board exterior grade including rubber bead, jointing for cleat for fixing, aluminium door handle 150mm size and tower bolt 200mm size, double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of min. 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel body cover, governing brass pivot, mortice lock verticle type of mild steel 4 levers of size 100mm etc. all as mentioned here in below:- (a) Frame (top & side) section:- 101.60x44.75x2.4mm (section No.14021) (b) Verticle member of shutter section:- 83.50x44.75x2.00mm (section No.19560) (c) Top members of shutter section: 83.50x44.75x2.00mm (section No.19581) (d) Lock rail (middle member) of shutter section: 150.00x44.50x3.00mm (section No.19596) (e) Bottom members of shutter section: 150.00x44.50x33.10mm (section No.19584) (f) Glazing clip for securing glass:- 0.80mm thick (section No.19370)

S & F aluminium frame fixed partition with 12mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination for bottom panels and top panels with 6mm thick tinted glass and frame work shall be of panel not less than 0.80mm (section to be used for bottom rail, middle rail and other members shall be of 150x44x3mm, 125x44x3mm and 44x44x3mm respectively) including jointing cleats for fixing, cleats rubber beating and aluminium beading. padding accessories as required complete all specified and directed.
