Laying Plain Cement concrete (M 20) Nominal Mix using 20mm & 12mm metal using concrete mixer the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials but excluding cost of cement (Cement will be supplied by department), labour charges and clearing away the debris etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. PCC 1:2:4 work shall be as per APSS 402.

Fabrication of reinforcement with HYSD/TMT bars including cutting, bending, placing in position and tying/welding wherever necessary for RCC works , the rate includes cost and conveyance of binding wire and all other materials but ecluding Reinforcement steel will be supplied by department for free of cost, all labour charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement work shall be as per APSS 403.3 and APSS 403.4.

Laying R.C.C in M20 grade Nominal Mix mix using 12mm to 20mm size well graded HBG metal and a minimum cement quantity of 400 Kg per Cum for Cover blocks and other RCC Works, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials but excluding cost of cement (Cement will be supplied by department), labour charges, shuttering, vibrating charges, machine mixing charges, curing, all leads & lifts etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. M20 concrete shall confirm to APSS 402. RCC work shall be as per APSS 403.

Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) by using well cured FLY ASH SOLID BRICKS of size 225 mmx 100 mm x60 mm(or) 230*110*70mm with 50kg/cm2 compressive strength, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials but excluding cost of cement (Cement will be supplied by department), labour charges, curing and all leads & lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Flyash bricks shall confirm to IS 12894:2002 RA 2017, Brick masonry work with CM 1:6 shall be as per APSS 504.

Providing 12 mm thick plastering to walls with CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials but excluding cost of cement (Cement will be supplied by department), Labour Charges, Curing at all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Plastering work with CM single coat shall be as per APSS 903.

Flooring with vitrified tiles of 1st quality of size 600mmx600mm or replacing of damaged tiles from existing buildings, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials but excluding cost of cement (Cement will be supplied by department), all labour charges, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Make: kajaria/Nitco or approved brand).Ceramic wall tiles shall confirm minimum to IS 15622-2017 class Group BIIa Glazed, polished and rectified. Laying/ fixing of tiles work shall be as per APSS 707.

Tiling with Edge cut rectified ceramic glossy finish floor tiles / Anti skid tiles/Daddoing Tiles of size 300 mmx 300mm and 8 mm thick of approved make & quality of all shades set over base coat of cement mortar (1:5), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials but excluding cost of cement (Cement will be supplied by department) all labour charges, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Ceramic floor tiles shall confirm minimum to IS 15622-2017 class GroupBIIa, glazed, Skid-resistant and rectified. Ceramic wall tiles shall confirm minimum to IS 15622-2017 class Group BIII Glazed, polished and rectified. Laying/ fixing of tiles work shall be as per APSS 707

Supply and applying wall care putty over existing walls of building for applying patches wherever required to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge. White cement based polymer wall putty shall conform to IS 17545: 2021

Painting to the External walls with one coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade (External Plastic emulsion paint will be issued by the department at free of cost) after thoroughly brushing the surface remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Plastic emulsion painting work shall be as per APSS 1216.

Painting synthetic polymer luxury plastic emulsion paint of superior grade to interior faces of walls and ceiling with two coats of approved make, colour and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge. Synthetic polymer luxury Plastic emulsion paint shall confirm to IS 15489-2013 Type 1,Class-Glossy Finish as per APSS 1216' for painting work.

Painting to walls with one coat of ready mixed acrylic based washable distemper of approved shade and brand after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Distemper will be issued by departmnt at free of cost) Washable Distemper shall confirm to IS 428:2013 Type-2 Synthetic polymer emulsion based

White washing two coats with Fat lime confirmed to IS 712:1984 Class C of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge and as per APSS 908

Rectification and replacing the damaged 5mm thick glasses of structural glazing with new glass panels(Solar Reflective glass-5mm thick heat strengthened sheet glass - shall conform to IS 14900:2018, and opal ashai aqua blue-hard coated to Aqua blue tint similar to AIS Opal range) to the existing glazing frames including application of sealant,(Silicon Sealant material for glazing shall conformed to ASTM C1184-18) beading, baker rod in the gaps, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, lead charges, all labour charges, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge. Work shall be carried out as per ASTM C1487-19.

Removal and replacing the damaged Dorma glass doors and glass panes with new glass panes of 12mm thick, either toughened glass or laminated glass to the existing glass partitions including application of sealant in the gaps, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, lead charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge. (12mm thick glass for glass door shutter and partition shall conformed to IS2553 part 1:2018)

Applying melamine polishing for the teak wood main doors, internal flush doors, wooden door partitions, wardrobe and dressing table etc., wherever specified with suitable colour and finishing, rate includes cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.Melanine polish to teak wood doors as per IS code 2338-1(1967)

Painting to old Iron works like Gates, Grills, Hand Rails, door frames etc., with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality (the necessary enamel paint and Primer wil be issued by the department at free of Cost) in Two coat's over one coat of primer, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, brushes, all labour charges, all leads & lifts, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Painting on iron works with synthetic enamel paint shall be as per APSS 1212.

Rectification and replacing the damaged 5 mm thick glasses, rubber beadings for existing windows with new 5 mm thick pin headed/ plain floated glass panes as applicable, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, lead charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.Plain glass shall conform to IS 14900:2018/Pin headed glass shall conform to IS 5437:1994.

Rewinding charges for motors from 0.75KW(1hp) to 1.5KW(2hp), 230V (Single phase motors, after rewinding and repair shall meet the test requirement of IS code 7572:1974 RA 2017) , the rate includes cost of winding materials, labour charges for winding and conveyance charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. For motors upto 0.75KW(1hp) to 1.5KW(2hp), 230V (Singal phase motors after rewinding and repair shall meet the test requirment of IS code 7572:1974 RA 2017)

Rewinding charges For motors from 3.00KW(4hp) to 5.5KW(7.5hp), 415V, (3 phase motors after rewinding and repair shall meet the test requirment of IS code 4029:2010), the rate includes cost of winding materials, labour charges for winding and conveyance charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Repairs to the lawn mower, blades sharpening, motor repairs if any, replacing blades when damaged etc., complete for finished job work as directed by the Engineer in charge.Blade sharening shall be accompanied by checking/balancing to avoid vibrations.

Attending repairs to cracks on walls by making grooves in the crack portion by applying Contech – 2000 bio Product crack fill chemical with white cement over cracks , the rate includes cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, all leads & lifts, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer sealing/ crack filling compound- Sealing compound shall meet the requirements of a polymer modified cementious product confirming to ASTM C 1483-13 type-II.

Clearing of Shrub and light jungle (more than 50 percent open space) including bushes upto 30 cm / parthenium and other weeds including burning or disposing off the same in Swarnamukhi colony of SDSTPS Township and where ever necessary, the rate includes all labour charges, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Jungle clearance shall be as per APSS 201 and APSS 1405.

Providing and fixing of brass cast body Floor Spring IS: 6315:1992 sleek in size with the S.S. / Brass Cover plates of Length 320 mm x Breadth 130 mm size along with the Top Patch, BottomPatch, Door Lock and Pivot with Double Cylinder etc., complete for Heavy duty Glass doors. Collection and supply of local sand/ vagu sand for filling in low lying areas, lawn areas, plant bunds etc., including cost and conveyance of sand, labour for filling, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge as per APSS 111.

Supply and applying of Fungicides and insecticides once in 3 months for good growth of lawns, all varieties of flowering, fruit bearing plants and indoor plants near Guest House building, around Auditorium, plants at Guest house approach road both sides. Cattle manure/farm manure shall be as per the specifications contained in organic manures published by national centre for organic farming govt.of india.

Cleaning of septic tanks, sanitary lines and manholes by engaging Gulfer machine and dumping away the sludge from the site.
