Design, proof-checking, manufacture in pre-established operational precast RCC manufacturing facility, supply, loading, transportation, unloading and stacking at 1020 (I) ESPL, near Railway Station, Rishikesh, of factory-made precast RCC box culvert block segment of 2.00 m clear span x 2.00 m clear rise x 2.00 m segment length, manufactured with minimum M50 controlled design mix RCC or higher as required by approved proof-checked structural design and high-altitude durability / exposure requirements, using Fe500D or higher reinforcement as per IS 1786 and approved design, complete including design calculations, drawings, proof-check certificate, moulds, reinforcement, concrete, casting, compaction, controlled curing, finishing, identification marking, lifting inserts, joint / key / socket arrangement, gaskets, bolts, washers, nuts, approved jointing accessories, in-house QC checks, Government / NABL laboratory tests, random tests if directed, inspection, QA records, factory inspection facilities, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking, all leads, lifts, taxes, duties, permits and incidental charges complete as directed.
