30 KVA DG SET (TROLLY MOUNTED), SN/MES NO 112/6708/DG/07 & 112/6708/DG/AL/07 Material and labour for repair in replacement of DG set trolley by dismantling mounted DG set by using proper machines and tool without damaging DG set and removing all rusted channel/structure/frame of any size and replacing with new channels, base structure of existing size and thickness, fabrication using nuts & bolts and welding and painting with one coat of redoxide and two coat of synthetic enamel blue paint duly rubbing with salt paper of old rusted surface if any, replacement of old unserviceable wheels of existing size and Trolley must be suitable for 30 KVA DG and one panel and install the DG set and panel considered in item No 2 by using proper tools and plants and giving connection with hook for towing the trolley by using vehicle complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT Feeder Pillar Box out door, double door type made out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coated painting frame suitable size for fixing the I/C & O/G MCCB mentioned below made out of angle iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm and four numbers of aluminum bars suitable for carrying 150 Amp current duly insulated on insulators - 4 Nos / suitable size Bakelite sheet, free space between MCCBs / busbar and other connection items should be provided, the space between ground to panel should be 60 cm mounted on Trolley along with DG, LT panel should be provided with necessary locking arrangement, danger notice sticker, cable glands, internal wiring with FRLS copper wires of suitable size for connection of I/C MCCB to Bus bar and bus bar to O/G switch gears and marking of each MCCB feeding place with suitable size letter and including the following (for Trolley mounted DG set panel):- (A) Main Incoming (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, TPN (4 pole), 63 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 25 KA - 01 No. (ii) LED Multifucntional Panel meter to measure voltage, current frequency, power factor, kWH, etc with all connected CTs (iii) LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue (03 Lights) - 01 Set (B) Main Outgoing (i) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, TPN (4 pole), 40 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 16 KA - 02 No. (ii) MCB TPN 6-32 Amps, 10 kA, C Curve - 04 Nos

Supply and fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric UG cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sq. mm 3.5 core including necessary arrangement for fixing on wall, roof etc by using clamps, screws etc or laying of cable complete all as specified and directed

Exc in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 in depth for laying of cable. and getting out in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying new dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and punned to 18cm as cable cushioning and covering all as directed. Note:- Punned quantity will be measured paid at this item.

S & L brick covering with width equil to length of brick as the mechanical protction to cable with well burned sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Tubes,'light grade' galvansized 40mm dia for cable protection with all fitting and laid in trenches complete all as specified.

M&L for Disconnect all electrical connection of DG sets of capacity 30 KVA installed at combat area by opening the enclosures, alternator separately and opening the engine to access the repair/unserviceable parts, and transport the same to workshop for repair/replacement of unserviceable/wornout parts, of engine and assembling the same including re-connection of electrical cablings, enclosures panel and testing at site by running continuously 6 hours at connected load complete all as specified and directed . Note : 1 The quoted rate includes replacement of minor rusted spares like nuts & bolts, washers, Screw hexagon head cap, Seal rectangular ring, hose clamp, various types of hoses & cleaning the engine parts with diesel etc all required for running the Engine smooth except spares mentioned below

M&L for Disconnect all electrical connection of DG sets of capacity 30 KVA installed at logistic section by opening the enclosures, alternator separately and opening the engine to access the repair/unserviceable parts, and transport the same to workshop for repair/replacement of unserviceable/wornout parts of engine and assembling the same including re-connection of electrical cablings, enclosures panel and testing at site by running continuously 6 hours at connected load complete all as specified and directed . Note : 1. M&L for Opening of DG set allternator from the engine carefully and remove the alternator of capacity 62.5 KVA and taking out unserviceable alternator lifting, loading and transportion of Alternator to the work shop for removing wornout stator winding/field winding, cleaning of stator slots, rewinding/lathe work by using suitable copper winding material and insulation of suitable class, warnish as existing, etc and taking back to original site and installation after repair work, re-assembling of DG sets including testing for 6 hours continuously with connected load complete all as specified and directed . S&F AMF Panel Out Door type for size not exceeding 62.5 KVA DG set factory made out of CRGA steel 3mm thick sheet floor mounted and front operated type. Totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be gasketed. The panel would be powder coated minimum thickness of 50 microns, stove enamelled paint finished after elaborate pretreatment to form a long lasting characteristics.
