SH-I :- SITC of Elevators :- Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, obtaining lift license & Commissioning of minimum 544 kg load passenger elevator having automatic center opening stainless steel(SS304) doors with vision panel & stainless steel frame (car & landing doors), suitable for 10 mtr travel height (Approx), 4 stops & 4 opening (Ground Plus Three Floor) on same side suitable for shaft size of 1850mm x 1850mm at New airport colony machine room less electic traction type passenger elevators automatic center opening door, car enclosure provided with scratch resistant finish stainless steel(SS304) panel suitable for operation on 415 V ±10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable valtage and variable frequency type traction control, speed of 1.00 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, Simplex full collective operations, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, ring type LED emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for suitable height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman's switch at ground floor, digital car position indicator in car and landing at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, LED type light fixtures, ventilation fan complete with all accessories including automatic rescue device and suitable protocol for BMS etc. The traction motor of machine room less elevator shall be of gearless type and placed inside the elevator hoist way complete confirming to the detailed Technical specifications of Tender attached with 2 years warrantee period(Defect liability period) post commissioning and handing over of lift. (Note :- AICMC during DLP (2 Years) is included in this item)

SH-II :- Allied Electrical works:- Supply &laying of 3.5Cx50 Sqmm. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) part with up to date ammendment in pipe etc. complete as required.

Supply &laying of 4Cx25 Sqmm. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) with up to date ammendment in pipe etc. complete as required.

Feeder Pillar :- Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of double door, weather proof, fully compartmentalised, free standing type, duly painted outdoor type feeder pillar/control cum power panel (IP 55 protection) fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet with outer door having lever type SS handle lock and having Switchgears & Accessories:- (i) 63 Amps FP MCB Incomer, (ii) four(04) nos. 40AFP MCB and two nos. 15A Power outlet Switch-socket outgoning directly connected to main bus, (vii) 2.5sqmm sizes power and control wirings with control MCB, (viii) R-Y-B indication lamp, (ix) Digital voltage and ampare meter and other required controls, switchgears and accessories required for satisfactory operation along with Earth bus, MS angle mounting legs (600 mm ), Suitable size cement concrete foundation with all around 600mm width cement concrete pdestal complete as required

Supplying and fixing of 4 way (4 +12), Double door surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supply and fixing 4P 40A rating, 415V,10kA, 'C' Curve, Miniatuer Circuit Breaker suitable for inductive load-of 3-phase in existing MCB DB complete with connections,testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 4P 32A rating, 415V,10kA, 'C' Curve, Miniatuer Circuit Breaker suitable for inductive load-of 3-phase in existing MCB DB complete with connections,testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.(including cutting the wall in recessed pvc conduilt)

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in FRLSont on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supply of 9w energy efficient LED bulb with B22D bulb base, CCT >= 6500K, Output lumens > 820lm, suitable for operation on 220V-240V 50Hz. (Make: Philips, model: 929001176714 or equivalent from preffered make).
