Repairs of reduction Gear box by way of Repairs of pinion shaft, Main shaft, Replacement of bearing, oil seal & topping of Gear box.

Repairs of complete break system by way of providing and fixing of break coils , tension spring, break shoes, liner, oil seal, along with worn out nuts & bolts.

Repairs of Gate pullies 26STD with ID 155 mm by way of providing Gun metal bush 10mm thick, after finishing the pin to proper size by way of welding and then turning.along. The job includes fabrication of the working platform for the same.

Replacement of the damaged Hemi-core steel wire rope 25 mm dia. , 30 Mtrs from each side. The job includes dismantling of old worn out rope, then removing the anchoring socket, refilling the same with lead for anchoring the new rope.

Providing/Fixing of new seals Side seal RSL-24C-7016mm(one set of two pairs) Top seal RSL-24C-7900, (D-type Double web). The seal is to be fitted with necessary alterations as required. Bottom seal RSL-33-7900mm. The job includes replacement of damaged seal, plates and Nuts & bolts.

Repairs to all Gate Rollers by way of providing & fixing of new brass bushes of 12mm thickness, finishing of roller pins wherever necessary. The job includes dismantling, carriage, & then refitted with new nuts bolts and locking plates, spacer wherever required

Painting of complete Gate which includes sanding of complete surface, application of two coats of Red oxide & then two coats of epoxy paint
