Part : - II Topographical survey

Mobilisation / Demobilisation of Survey equipment with its accessories and survey staff etc. from office to the site for carrying out the survey work at site.

Carrying out topographical survey of the area with total station, giving traverse of surveyed area, spot levels at about 10m and marking of existing major structures & roads, showing contours at 1.0m interval complete.

Providing and fixing PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 230 x 230 x 750mm temporary bench mark pillars,boundary pillars, gate pillars and at sharp turning points of boundaries, where ever required, including excavation, cost and conveyance of materials and painting with identification marks numbering & levels engraved etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing RCC 300x300x100 mm 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) permanent bench mark pillars including excavation, cost and conveyance of materials and painting with identification marks numbering & levels engraved etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Submission of 3 sets of Survey report / drawings including one set CD with the following :-. (a) Traverse & spot levels (b) Contour maps (c) Location Maps

Part : - III Soil-Investigation

Mobilization of tools of machine Equipment from laboratory to site and back including shifting from one bore hole to another as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Making 100 mm dia or NX size dia bore in any soil strata up to 10m depth or refusal whichever is met earlier and collecting / conducting SPT / UDS / DS at the depths of 1m, 2m, 3m, 4.5m, 6m, 7.5m, 9.0m, 10m.

Carrying out various laboratory tests of UDS/SPT/DS samples as per relavent BIS at alternate depths (Which ever applicable) :- (i) Sieve analysis (ii) Atterberg's limit (iii) Field moisture content (iv) Bulk density (v) Specific gravity (vi) Shear test for cohesion & angle of shearing resistance. (vii) DFS Test (viii) SPT 6 (ix) Field permeability test 6

Determining various soil strata by using 4 point for earthing -soil resistivity testing by wenners method (IS:3043 1987) AT 8 M C/C and submission of report.

Conducting field moisture content & field density and collecting disturbed samples at site for CBR test Carrying out various laboratory tests of samples :- (i) Sieve analysis (ii) Atterberg's limit (iii) DFS Test (iv) CBR value

Submission of sub-soil report in triplicate giving site plan showing test points, sub soil profile, results of field investigations, laboratory test results calculation of SBC from SPT test, Comprehensive recommendations regarding type of foundation to be provided for the proposed structure.
