Maintenance of Kirloskar make air compressor

Hiring of field service representative for inspection, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of Kirloskar make air compressor installed at departmental drilling rigs of Ahmedabad Asset on need and call basis for the year FY 2025-26.

Lump Sum Spare Cost (20% of the total amount against description at Sr. No. 1.01)

Note: 1. Price shall remain firm and no escalation on any account will be allowed during the contract period. 2. Number of days mentioned for service engineer site visits are tentative and may increase or decrease depends upon actual requirement. Payment will be done against actual site visits with maximum limit of 60 days annually. 3. Bidder must quote strictly as per above price format. 4. GST Registration Number of Bidder- To be submitted along with Bid Documents. 5. Bidder is required to quote the offer inclusive of GST as applicable on the date of submission of bid. 6. Bidders are required to quote total price in the space provided in price format only up to two (02) decimal figures. Any figure, beyond two decimals will be ignored. 7. Total price quoted should be written both in figure and in words. In case of difference between two, prices in words will be taken into consideration.
