Supply of LED Street light fitting with wattage of 45W with high power LEDs, system efficay not less than 110 lumen/watt, suitable optics for uniform light distribution, integral control driver with minimum 3kV surge suppressor, fitting made up of high pressure die-cast aluminium housing with suitable thermal management arrangement, toughned glass with IP 65 protection, suitable to operate on single phase AC supply, inline with technical specifications etc., complete as required.

Fabrication, S.I.T.C of Outdoor MV Feeder Pillar Panel with double door arrangement made out of 3mm thick outer sheet and 2mm thick inner sheet and partition CRCA sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type WITH TOP CANOPY FOR RAIN PROTECTION, floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power Supply System of street lights operation complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal UPTO THE HEIGHT OF 450 MM, Cable Entry provision etc. as required and comprising of following: 63A FPN MCCB as a Incomer, 3 Nos. 16 A TPN MCB as Outgoing, 24 Hrs digital/analogue timer, 25 A TP Power contactors for the automatic switching of Luminaries with Auto/Manual Switching Option, power tool controls, Pri-wiring, Phase Indication LED Lamps for Incomer, One VAF meter suitable din rail along with interconnections, pre-wiring with suitable size wires /cables, termination etc., as required.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm Outer Dia., PE80, PN-6 Pipe ISI marked HDPE Pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, T-Joint etc. conforming to IS 4984, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. Direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. Note: Only required quantity of HDPE Pipe to be supplied and laid at site. If any balance pipe is available after laying and same shall be taken back by agency. Payment will be made an actual utilization at site. Nothing will be paid extra.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm Outer Dia., PE80, PN-6 Pipe ISI marked, HDPE Pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984 Direct laying in RCC Hume pipe / Trench complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of up to 35sq.mm in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL / HDPE / DWC pipe as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply and fixing of PVC out door type cable termination box of size (205X255X112) mm with IP66 protection along with 4-way connector, 6A SP MCB, din rail using 2 Nos. of 2mm MS U clamp suitable to fix the box etc., complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass double compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4CX16 Sq.mm (25mm)

Fabrication and Supply of GI pole of 65 mm dia. class B, up to max length of 6mtrs in which one side making wrinkle free bend / braket up to a length of 1mtr with an angle not more than 125° and suitable reducer to fix the street light fitting and other end welded with 12mm thick GI base plate (300X300X12mm) with 4 No of holes for pole fixing and one side of plate U shape cutting for accommodating the 40mm dia. GI pipe along with suitable bolts, nuts, washers etc., overall height of the pole shall not be more 6mtr including two coats of aluminum painting and pole number etc., as required.

Construction of specified grade of steel reinforced cement concrete (RCC) foundation of size 450mm x 450mm x 1200mm depth, suitable for installation of 6mtr tubular street light pole with 1:1.5:3 Cement concrete (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and necessary base concrete of 1:3:6 for 100mm thickness below the pole foundation (1 Cement : 3 Fine sand : 6 Graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) suitable finishing on surface above the ground level with provision of 4nos. of 16mm dia. 700mm length, one end threaded and other end J bending, G.I Grouting rods with bolts, nuts, washers etc., for installation of tubular pole complete as per site requirement. (Note: Earth excavation, centering, shuttering, finishing reinforcement for RCC work including strengthening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete - All work up to plinth level included in the scope of work)

Shifting, loading & unloading, re-erection, testing and commissioning up to 5 Mtr height GI Street light poles with all accessories on existing pole foundation. Job including two wiring from control box to fitting wirh 3core x 1.5 Sq.mm, FRLSH Copper conductor, flexible cables, connection from box to fitting, coats of aluminium painting and pole number etc., complete as required

Installation, erection, testing and commissioning up to 6 Mtr height GI Street light poles with all accessories on existing foundation. Job including wiring from control box to fitting wirh 3core x 1.5 Sq.mm, FRLSH Copper conductor, flexible cables, connection from box to fitting etc., complete as required

Fabrication SITC of outdoor type cable junction box, single door with locking arrangement made out of 3mm thick outer sheet and 2mm thick inner sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type WITH TOP CANOPY FOR RAIN PROTECTION, floor mounting, free standing panel box suitable for suitable for connection of 10 core x 2.5 Sq.mm control cable with all accessories (i.e. terminations, connecters terminals, copper lugs, marking ferrules etc.) including D-rail for fixing of connectors interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal upto the 450MM painting, cable entry provision etc. complete with all respects.

Installation, testing and commissioning various capacity LED fitting on existing street poles height of 6 Mtr / recess / ceiling / including providing and laying of 3core x 2.5 sq.mm, FRLSH, multicore, PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, Copper conductor cable through pole pipe from cable looping box to fitting and wiring including fixing of PVC junction box on the pole etc., as per site required.

Providing & fixing of 40 mm dia class "B" GI pipe of 2 Mtr length in pole foundation with existing pole including cutting, making bending to recieve cables as required, providing with one no of rubber bush with holes suitable to receive 2no of 4 x 16 Sq.mm and 2 nos of 6 SWG GI wire etc complete as required.

Providing & fixing of 40 mm dia class "B" GI pipe of wall brakets up to 2 Mtr length fixing on existing wall including cutting, fixing arrangement, making bending to fixing of street fitting as required, providing with one no of rubber bush with holes suitable to receive cable etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying of 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface / /along with existing cable for loop earthing and panel earthing / pole earthing coneection etc. completeas required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Jointing of G.I. tape (with another G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run)

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 30 mm X 6 mm G.I. strip in 50 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 50mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in PCC / Bitumin Road complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (70 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required.

Demolishing Brick wall / PCC / RCC / CC / Bitumin road etc. by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material within 100 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation / road crossing etc., including fram work etc as required.
