Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 3x140 TR Central Air Conditioning System, AC Units, Water Coolers and Purifiers at Rajahmundry Airport for two Years 2022-23

Running,Operation and maintenance of 03 x 140 TR HVAC Plant(Air cooled chiller) complete with screw compressors, VFDs, motors, air cooled Chillers with respective pumps & motors, along with interconnected power & control panels, AHUs,ducts, chilled water pipe lines, Split ACs, RO water coolers and associated accessories etc. as specified in special conditions and Particular specifications enclosed.The Job includes satisfactory day-to-day operation by deploying required manpower(in 02 shifts of Eight hours each) & preventive / routine maintenance checks of the systems as per maintenance schedules enclosed in the tender, attending to minor complaints, repairs / rectifications, maintenance of records/registers as per the enclosed special and particular specifications etc complete as required. The following minimum manpower to be deployed by the Contractor. 1)Supervisor (High Skilled) -01 Nos -313 days general shift. 2) AC mechanic Gr-1 (Skilled) -01 Nos-313 days general shift. 3) Operator- Semi Skilled -02 no.s in each shift (365 days)- total 04no.s (Note: Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Offs / Holidays of above required staffs except general shift manpower)

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 3 Nos x 140 TR Central Airconditioning System ( Make: Kirloskar chillers Pvt. Ltd. Model no: KA4.160.14, Air cooled chillers) including all associated equipments such as Chilled Water Pumps, Chilled Water pipeline, AHUs, AC DUCTs, MCC panels,remote control, Control panels including BMS system,all measuring equipments,meters, guages,valves, Toilet Exhaust system, Smoke room Exhaust etc at Rajahmundry Airport as specified in special conditions enclosed. The job includes attending to complaints on all days 24x7 hrs including Saturdays, Sundays & closed gazetted holidays, repairs /rectification action, supply & replacement of required spares / accessories/parts consumables, rewinding works, Servicing & Overhauls, Periodic inspections, Schedule /Preventive / Breakdown Maintenance by deploying technically qualified & trained manpower as per the enclosed Special conditions of contract and Preventive maintenance check list etc. complete as required.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract and including attending preventive & breakdown maintenance of 1.5/2 TR Single phase Split type / Inverter Split type / Cassette type AC units of various make installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumable items, refrigerant gas & spares, compressor, motor etc. complete as required along with their stabilizers of different make and capacities as per special conditions of contract.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract and including attending preventive & breakdown maintenance of 3TR/4 TR Three phase Split type / Inverter Split type / Cassette type AC units / Vertical Split type AC units. of various make installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumable items, refrigerant gas & spares, compressor, motor etc. complete as required along with their stabilizers of different make and capacities as per special conditions of contract.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of RO + water cooler of M/s. Blue Star, Model No. Blue Star SDLX 480; 40 LPH capacity & 20LPH wall mounted RO+ UV based Water purifier (Kent Grand+) at different locations including providing and fixing all necessary consumables and spares as and when required and replacing pre-filter,Sediment filter and Carbon filter at once in a year, carrying out the routine- preventive & breakdown maintenance, monthly servicing, etc. as required. The job includes visit charges of Service personnel from the Manufacturer or Authorised Service Dealer for carrying out Minimum 01(One) Monthly Preventive Maintenance visit for satisfactory working condition of the system & Breakdown maintenance visit as and when required basis till the complete rectification of the breakdown irrespective of number of visits to attend the same breakdown, complete as required.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of RO water cooler of M/s. CONWAY, Model No. CONWAY D 125 WHC; 125 LPH capacity & 25 LPH Capacity, RO+ UV based Water purifier which is inbuilt with the water cooler at different locations including providing and fixing all necessary consumables and spares as and when required and replacing 10" spun candle filter,10" carbon block, Sediment filter, Membrane and Post carbon at once in a year, carrying out the routine- preventive & breakdown maintenance, monthly servicing, etc. as required. The job includes visit charges of Service personnel from the Manufacturer or Authorised Service Dealer for carrying out Minimum 01(One) Monthly Preventive Maintenance visit for satisfactory working condition of the system & Breakdown maintenance visit as and when required basis till the complete rectification of the breakdown irrespective of number of visits to attend the same breakdown, complete as required.

Refilling suitable refrigerant gas including leak testing with nitrogen gas, testing and commissioning during transinstallation of AC units etc., complete as required.

Supply and installation of additional refrigerant copper suction and discharge pipes of suitable size along with foam heat insulated tube wrapped with tape etc complete as required.

Upto 3TR/4TR

Installation testing and commissioning of Split A.C/Window A.C/Tower A.C/Water Cooler of different rating / capacity up to 4 TR. including making holes, plastering, refrigerant gas charging, including 6 sq.mm. copper power input cable from nearest power outlet, testing & commissioning, etc. as per site requirement and as per the direction of the engineer in charge.
